Was so happy to find another Chipotle other than the disgusting one in Ocala. However, each visit is worse than the one before. Even after all the customers cleared out the manager and the rest just stood behind the counter. The drink station was disgusting as was the overflowing garbage. Every table was dirty. No filthy. The floor was covered in food. Iced tea was out. They informed me they make one container of iced tea and when it’s gone that’s it. So those of us that come at dinner are screwed because it will always be empty by then. They refused to refill. But they managed to refill the juices from plastic tubs. You can tell they don’t have mystery shoppers anymore. It was much more tolerable when they did. What a poor poor job of “management.”

Despite seeing crazy reviews, I've been in here several times. Never had rubber bands, slow service, or glass in my burrito. Apart from being normally busy, and the occasional after lunch/ dinner rush mess, this Chipotle is still a gift from heaven here in Inverness. Keep striving for perfection. It's all in the details.

I ordered the softitos salad. She prepared it with a small handful of lettuce. I asked for both types of beans and got half the amount I usually get. I asked for fajita veggies but they were out and wouldn’t have anymore for some time. The guy cutting them could not have cut them more slowly. The tables were dirty and we had to clean our own like we had to do the last time we came a month ago. There were no forks. It seems like management has changed or no longer cares. It was great in the beginning but is already going downhill. Obviously they need help just to keep up with normal expectations. This was at 12:30 so they should’ve been anticipating a lunch crowd.

I absolutely love chipotle, I eat at once a week. It’s been a true delight at many different points. My experience today was not the same. We come in and ingredients are missing such as the Fajitas and because I asked for extra mild salsa. Without communicating I was charged for this. This caught off guard and when I communicated the manager Melanie just shrugged her shoulders. Chipotle usually cares about their customers. I’m sad today was not the case.

I’ve been ordering online after work, and hitting the chipoltane window. I get extra everything, and they have been making me a very big burrito. It’s the perfect ending to a 12 hour shift. It’s quick because I order online when I’m clocking out, I don’t have to get out of my truck, and they hook me up.

I frequent Chipotle's around the Central Florida area. This is literally the only one that I go to where they are generally out of the fajita veggies 2/3 of the time. They also tend to overcook or undercook the rice frequently.
