On my 6th visit with my wife , each vis at different times I had similar experiences, the server scraped the bottom of the food containers to serve my wife, and i, the end result was dry food rice and the meat also a smaller portion than the people who were served before us . It's disappointing, to say the least. Before I wrote it off and went back , I won't be doing that again.
Why isn't corporate doing anything to improve this Chipotle!!?? Was so happy to have a them open in Inverness. But ..... continually out of ingredients. And still the same price? They can't go across the road and buy vegetables? Rude staff. Call ahead orders aren't even started until you get there. And ingredients paid for ( guacamole) missing. Such poor management.

Update: Previously it was 1/5 because the app offered me a reward and I never received it, but eventually I was able to get it.Main thing is, they were out of chicken al pastor, no problem. They offer chicken instead, but actually they only have barbacoa. Still no big deal, it is what it is. They when I finally receive the order they didn’t even give me three tacos. Definitely could have better but at least in the end I was able to get my money back.
