My order was taken my phone by a young man named Justin. He was extremely professional polite and very thorough. Not only was the call amazing but he made sure my pizza and bread bites were cooked too perfection! Then he delivered the food HIMSELF! I've never had a more pleasurable experience. Good job Justin!

I always order online to get the best deals for carryout. They have a very good gluten free crust at a great price. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean.

Website was messed up so my wife went up to order pizza she waited when she got the pizza it was completely the wrong Pizza. I think we will be ordering elsewhere

The pizza is always hot and delicious!! The delivery is fast. I've never been inside so I can't judge the atmosphere. The BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite

The store was clean. The staff were kind. The food.was on point and made quickly.
This store manager and staff were great! Not only can the Hernando Domino's learn from this store. But a few other restaurants could to. Alot of places severely lack customer service,and even common courtesy. I was severely mistreated by another company. Made an online order to the Hernando location. 5 minutes from arriving to pick up my order the store called and canceled my order. I scrambled to reorder the same order to this location thought everything went fine the app went to the tracker and looked great. Upon arriving the app showed the order went to the original location. The counter staff went to get the manager. She came quickly my aid. She placed the order herself and gave me the online deal and an additional discount for the inconvenience from the app and the other store. She was kind and understanding. And even seemed to treat her staff the same as she treated me. Managers are supposed to be leaders and set examples for the staff. And this kind lady did just that. I will prefer to use this location over the others due to the higher quality of both service and food. Thanks

The best pizza ever!!!!!! I love the app as well! I always get bacon and pepperoni or the chicken and bacon. So good!

Walk into place an order to go and it took about 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me to take my order there was a few people in the back yelling and screaming using profanity there was one gentleman that was in the back standing there just smoking electronic cigarette while they was only one other person working in the whole store while everybody else was just standing around playing and cursing the store could definitely use better management

Had my pizza delivered. It was scrumptious as usual!! Delivered on time and by a very courteous person!

Ordered a pizza they sent me the wrong pizza I called them up. They told me to call them up when I was ready to get an order and I called them up and they refuse to send me my pizza so here’s the review. Find yourself a pizza place that honors there customers
