Donuts was as hard as bricks grabage service awful hard expensive and to top it off when i called to complain my donuts were hard as rocks and the girl said sorry mam we don't make the donuts no more lol what lol she said seriously they get dropped off in the am they do not make the donuts at this location vrazy

Ordered from Dunkin this evening placed my order at exactly 509. It is now 525 in what world does it take that long to get somebody their damn coffee. Completely disappointed with the Walmart Dunkin’ Donuts you guys should have more staff in there

Took a few minutes before anyone actually came to take my order. They were standing there talking the entire time. To a few customers when I walked in and amongst themselves after said customers left as I was waiting for my order. The snacking bacon I ordered were burnt so badly they were barely edible. They’re always seemingly understaffed. Sometimes it seems like only one person is working and not good when it gets really busy.

The people working here at night took over 10 mins to make our drinks and didn't even knew what we ordered. The one girl just open the window and stared at us didn't even say hi. Then she had to confirm our order like 3 times. I think she was on something.

This location needs some help with new employees. Everytime we go there our drinks are made different, not one is ever the same. Our food is NEVER hot. Today we order the Oreo blast, it was almost melted by time we got to the window, no toppings and no Oreo in it. Our crispy hash browns came out cold! The egg was cold, cheese not even melted.... Even though they never get it right we try again and again. Now going to Walmart to get a coffee maker!
PLEASE management get in there and give this location some help!

The girl with dark hair working at 8pm on 5/6/25 has a terrible attitude! We ordered 1 drink and she acted like we just crapped on her entire night because she had to make it for us. Was beyond rude, then began slamming things around as she was making the drink. There was no other customers in the location but us so she was not busy. She acted like we completely inconvenienced her. She didn’t even make the drink right either. Sorry you had to do your job lady!!

Coffee was horrible, super watery, and not made correctly.
My sandwich was burnt on the top and the edges yet the bottom of it was soggy.... Was handed my card with no receipt and then was not spoken to again, my stuff was handed out while the cashier and another worker chit-chatted. Super disappointed and slightly pissed I wasted my money.

Me and my husband came in to get a refresher drink , the girl took his order, was mopping and the one that making the drinks , wasn't doing anything they standed on over the side , one was making a drink for drive thru ,then on I had one to ask me which they wasn't paying attention because I was standing beside my husband asked me if I been waiting on, I said just waiting on my drinks and then another ask me the same thing , answer still the same . Then I get two dirty looks from them . They made the drinks the girl puts one on counter , and the male slams my drink down and turns away doesn't say anything. I don't like this kind of service , when I'm helping you get a paycheck ., I walked out saying I won't be back because I don't like your snotty attitude , I didn't deserve this treatment.

I hate to do this, but I’ve been annoyed for too long. These coffees are way too expensive for people to buy them and literally take a few sips and throw them away. The cold brew at this Dunkin always taste like water. I’m constantly told that the previous shift did not brew it right. That’s a problem and it should be an easy fix. And if it’s not then a new brew should be started immediately upon noticing that. I’m about to pull a 12 hour shift on a Sunday night and I just wanted a good freaking iced coffee. Also, it was disgusting in there, and I don’t understand how that’s necessary or could be allowed to get to that point. I’ve worked in the service industry myself as long as every shift does their part there’s no reason for the floors to be that filthy, to have sticky counters, and have marks of coffee drippings everywhere. The donut windows is filled with fingerprints all over the case. The only Dunkin in Citrus County that is consistently on point is the one in Beverly Hills managed by Haley Roddenberry. She runs a tight ship and every time I go to that store I have a 95% chance of getting my iced coffee fix Exactly how I expected it to be! I do not understand why this is not possible at all the locations. Usually, I go out of my way to drive to that location. Anytime I want an iced coffee so that I can know that I am getting exactly what I expect and pay for. I did not have the time to do that today and literally regret even attempting to buy an iced coffee from a different location.

The old lady behind the counter is on a power trip. I don't understand why she had to be so rude when she didn't fully explain what she was talking about and we were confused. She made it a point to roll her eyes and start laughing in front of us. If there were an actual manager there I would've spoken to them about her garbage customer service. Seriously explain something and then ask a question about it how hard is that. Instead she wants to be completely rude instead of smart. I hope she sees this. You work at Dunkin, get over yourself.
