Went for lunch today and it was busy, great start. Ordered 2 fajitas, 1 chicken and 1 beef. Yes, the food is sitting in warming trays, just like Chipotle, which I love also. Tortillas were made to order, nice touch. Both the fajitas were great. Next time, which could be tomorrow, I will try something different and get some salsa this time. Spicy salsa would make it even better. Thanks Laredo, Inverness needed more quick Mexican food than just Taco Bell, which I am not a fan of....
