Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Huge selection of supplements which is the main reason I stopped in to shop. They have high quality brands very important. The dry groceries, refrigerated, and frozen brands of foods are also high quality. The woman that waited on me was very knowledgeable. The store is organized and clean too.

Only place u can buy roots, like turmeric, by the pound. Great selection and plenty of staff support
Aisles are extremely narrow. Wouldn't know how to even choose anything. Interior looks shabby. Not for me.
They always help me find the herbal supplements I'm looking for and something sweet yet healthy for the kids.
The store sells plenty of great vegan items, but the cafe really stands out. They have many clearly marked vegan options. I’ve tried them all, and they are all delicious. My favorites are the raw cheezecakes and Jerry’s delight. Yum!

I LOVE this store! I'm from up north and visit this place every time I'm in Florida. Great selection of items. The food at the cafe is top notch. The sweets are to die for...keep your eyes open for the PB&J balls, they are life-changing. As an added bonus, the people who work there are friendly and helpful, a great vibe all around.
