Where do I even begin!!?? Trinity and her team were absolutely phenomenal and helped make our welcome reception and wedding day absolutely perfect. The food was delicious - some of the best in the Keys and our guests raved about it. Trinity also helped with our rentals and decor, and gave great recommendations for other services. She was attentive and stayed in touch throughout the months leading up to the wedding and handled all the details that I couldn’t do from across the country. She even thought of the little things like setting aside appetizers and desserts and bringing them to me and my husband knowing that we were caught up in the day. She was warm and fun and became a friend throughout the planning. I highly recommend Carribean Catering for any Florida keys catering needs!

Wow, wow, wow!! Trinity took our vision for my daughter's bridal shower and ran with it. Every detail was beautiful, food was amazing. Her staff was professional, kind, and attentive. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing celebration for us, we are so very grateful!!

Best catering

Trinity and her team were wonderful to work with for our cocktail party (heavy hors d'oeuvres for ~30 people). Guests absolutely raved about the food! Highly recommend and will definitely use Caribbean Catering again.

I chose Caribbean Catering because I had attended several events they catered prior to my event. Being very impressed with the quality of food and service, the professionalism in which they set up and broke down and the unique displays, each where different according to the events. It was a no-brainer to hire them! I was beyond pleased with the job they did! Also, they were extremely prepared. I will be using them again in the future.

Caribbean catering went above and beyond to make our day come together with tasty appetizers and a delicious dinner. Can’t forget about the desert table and late night hotdog snack. The presentation was beautiful and everything was cooked to perfection. You can’t go wrong with Caribbean catering! We also used Trinity as our day of coordinator. Not only is she super knowledgeable about food, she really helped keep everything organized on our wedding day. She set up our venue beautifully and kept everything running smoothly. She was in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. We couldn’t have done it with out her! Highly recommend!!

All my guests were amazed with the quality of food. Everything was great from the staff and the way Everything was set up. Steak was like butter. Dessert/pretzel platters looked and tasted awsome Everything was just perfect. Thank yall

Thank you Caribbean Catering for making our wedding day so beyond perfect! Trinity was wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process. We live in Pennsylvania and had our wedding at a family member’s home in Islamorada. It was not a typical venue by any means, and we asked so much of Trinity and her team to accommodate our smaller setting, vision and unusual ideas to make it work... and boy, did they knock it out of the park! Everything was truly perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. I cannot compliment this team enough… we had our ceremony and reception on the same patio and they managed to transform the area so seamlessly and beautifully, all while preparing the BEST wedding food I’ve ever had. Everything was so delicious.. we were blown away and so were our guests! I was even told by multiple guests it was the best food they have ever had as well. All of the staff was so friendly and nice.. truly just an all-around, great group of people to work with. We are so happy with our experience and highly recommend this awesome team! Trinity and her staff catered our chamber of commerce event and did a great job, highly recommend!

I worked with Trinity and Caribbean Catering team for "Yacht Rock" event at Bud-n-Mary's marina. Trinity and her team were professional and responsive. They helped me think of everything needed from beginning to end of the event. Her immense knowledge of all things in Islamorada from the specific venue to the needs of the local guests in attendance and how events in this area work was invaluable. She helped me create a menu and bar that was enjoyed by everyone. We received such great feedback on the taste of the food that I wanted to be sure to share this publicly and post a review. Caribbean Catering was wonderful, and I will definitely use them in the future!

They just catered another awesome event for us. Whenever we do anything in the Keys, we always think of them, as should you. The food is always tasty and they do an amazing job of providing great service.

Eric and Trinity were extremely helpful in making my day run smoothly. Eric was on top of everything that needed to happen the day of so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I got to sit back, and enjoy my special day because Eric had it! I also have never had such amazing appetizers at a wedding, they were so tasty!! From the beginning they made sure every detail was accounted for. I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend!

Caribbean Catering was fantastic to work with! We had two nights of events in June 2022 and they catered both. ALL of the food was so delicious and the staff was perfect!They not only catered the events but they also helped me source everything else I needed for the events. If Caribbean Catering can't provide it (they can do almost anything) they will tell you who can! It helped greatly to ease the stress of planning an out of town event for 45 people.

Caribbean Catering is AMAZING. Words cannot explain how grateful I am to them for going above and beyond for my wedding. This vendor is truly the full package as they provided all the décor for the event, bar services, food and dessert. The food of Caribbean Catering is absolutely delightful, as well as the dessert. On top if the services, the team also goes above and beyond with contacting and planning. I live in Philadelphia, so I was very skeptical in planning a wedding in Key Largo. Trinity always reached out to me and made me feel so included in the wedding process although I was in a different state, she was very clear with me and ensured that all went well with the planning.PS - ALL of their apps are fantastic as we tried them at a taste testing, we had the chicken satay and crab cakes and scallops. They were all phenomenal.PSS. For our entrée, we went with Marinated Flank Steak, Lightly J*** Chicken with Pineapple Salsa, Grilled Pesto Vegetables and Caribbean Rice, which paired so well for the hot day as it was refreshing and delicious!

I had Caribbean Catering cater my wedding 2-11-22 and they were so much beyond what I had anticipated!! The food was SUPERB especially the crab cakes, lobster Mac n cheese, and the seafood pasta. Trinity and her team were outstanding and did a fabulous job overall. I highly recommend them for your wedding!!
