Reservations are key! We skipped the hour wait since I made a reservation! Great location, great view! The food was fine. Nothing great, nothing bad. Didn't really go there for the food tho. The service was sub par, but I would go there again.
Food was good. Loved that it was on the water but there is a large boat parked right in front of the dining area so it blocks most of your view. Also, I think this is normal for this area but worth mentioning. We kept getting bitten by no see ums. The waiter was attentive and the price of the food was very fair. We also went to the docks and watched people feeding the tarpons. Some of them were quite large and it was fun to watch.
I got the fish with grits and baby carrots, grits were sticky and not creamy and lukewarm, fish and carrots were very good. My husband had the Rueben with fries you could tell his food was left under the heating lamp while they finished my fish, his fries were barely warm. We would've tried dessert but was given the check without asking if we wanted another drink or anything else. Pretty disappointed for what we read online. This was an early Monday dinner maybe on weekend...
