Hostess Ellie - Never have we EVER been welcomed so warmly to a fast paced, energetic dining establishment. She really set the tone, gave us a cozy window seat with a much needed little fire pit. She's a GEM!
This is a fun stop along the way to Key West. It was busy when we arrived and we didn't get a very good table - we were stuck in a corner near a retail store. It has a fun Keys vibe - very laid back. The food was pretty good - we split the yellowtail sandwich and conch fritters. Seems like it is a must do when passing through the area.
So much fun! Kids loved seeing the tarpon and several manatees. Food was good - exceeded my standards for a beach spot. Very glad that we are here. Definitely a highlight of the trip.
