We were the only non-Americans that evening in March and were very welcome in this very nice concept: garden at the back of the store, we order drinks at the bar and the meal is sent directly to the food truck. We were even able to choose the drink to order after a little tasting… honestly the two bartenders were super nice! The setting is really cool. There was entertainment with a quiz and the atmosphere was really cool.

I took a day trip down to Islamorada, and where better to stop for a late lunch than Islamorada Brewery and Distillery? The staff was very pleasant, friendly and personable. The atmosphere both inside and outside in the beer garden was inviting and fun.I sampled a number of beers and went with a glass of no wake zone to start. This was an interestingly ok to good combination of flavors. The Sandy Fish was next. This was a more traditional beer and both hit the spot.Spanky's Kitchen in the beer garden was worth ordering from too. The coconut shrimp wrap was light and delicious and perfect for lunch. For a starter I went with the Conch Fritters. These were a bit on the chewy side bit the aioli dip had great smoked flavor. The Conch Fritters are keeping this from being a 5 star. I should have gone with the lobster corn dogs, but never had Conch before, I went with something new. I would definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone looking for great place to stop for a drink and/or lunch!

Their beers are well done and my wife absolutely loved the Frozen Key Lime Pie cocktail, but the real highlight of this place is the staff! Everyone was genuinely so friendly and nice and in a great mood. Their mood was contagious! These days, a lot of breweries can easily feel kind of the same from one to the next and it’s the experience that separates them. With people like this representing the establishment, you stand out in the best way possible.

We hosted the welcome party to kick off our wedding weekend at Islamorada Brewery & Distillery, and we are so glad we did! The outdoor beer garden is spacious and offers a variety of games, the beer is delicious and the lavender lemonade is amazing, and the staff is friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to whip up some key lime pie shots when our key lime pies didn’t show up. The team was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event, and that great customer service continued all the way until we headed out. Definitely consider hosting your event here! Went to Islamorada Brewery on a late Saturday afternoon. You cannot sleep on the frozen key lime cocktail! So good every time, a classic. We really enjoyed the coconut beer and blueberry cocktail beer on tap. The lobster on a stick was also very good. I enjoyed the thick batter around a good chunk of lobster, and dipping sauce had a nice spice to it. I highly recommend coming in for a beer after a long day on the water. Great vibes, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. You may be able to catch good live music in their beer garden out back. Five stars!
