My family and I booked a reservation here. Gabby and the Chef went above and beyond our expectations! The service was amazing. Gabby was on top of it, answered all of our questions, and keep our drinks full. She was also serving all the other tables in the restaurant. She works very hard. The chef came to greet us after our table was set. He made sure all of our food was cooked to our liking. I cannot recommend this place more. Props to Gabby and the Chef. I will be coming back everytime I am in Islamorada!

Pork belly melts in your mouth (the table next to us ordered one, loved it so much they ordered 3 more and 2 to go, that's saying something!)
Wagyu Short ribs were tender and bursting with flavors that enhanced the meat
When I took the first bite of my brisket/short ribs blend burger I literally had an explosion of flavors, the sweet caramelized onions and the melting Swiss cheese on a soft brioche bun, 1000% was the best burger I've ever had. The truffle parm fries that came with these were 10/10 as well!
8oz of top sirloin/ picanha cooked to perfection the fat rendered beautifully with a dusting on sea salt across the top enhancing all the delicious flavors!
We opted to try their homemade mashed taters honestly they are ok, wouldn't order them again, everything else though absolutely would order again!

We stopped here for dinner. I had the 8oz picanha, and my husband had the 16oz churrasco skirt steak. They were delicious! The yucca and regular fries were also very good. Service was great. No complaints here!

Top notch wagyu cooked perfectly, and the best mashed potatoes next to my mamas I've had. Friendly service in a laid back atmosphere. Comfy chairs. Absolutely coming back next time we're down here

We loved Shoban's service, and the steaks here were phenomenal. Grilled to perfection, flavors so rich that - in my humble opinion - it was better by itself than with any salt or sauce, but with garnishing also made the meat fun to eat. Top quality restaurant, we got the wagyu short ribs, lobster bisque, filet mignon croquettes, and skirt steak.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. We waited an hour and a half for food, we got each order 5 minutes apart each so by the time the first person and last person got their food it was probably over 30 minutes. Food was mid, the server was rude and made us feel like an inconvenience.

Excellent food!
This is a hidden gem in the keys, super amazing fries and steak. Some of the best fries we’ve all ever had. They cook in waygu oil too which is so rare

On the way down from Miami I didn’t expect such heat in a sleepy town. The steak here is sooooo good. We love sirloin flap and went with the waygu. Cooked perfectly med rare. Their rice and beans were some of the best I’ve had & held up to the richness of the steak. Normally I don’t eat steak out because I prefer cooking it and this place was worth every penny!
