My husband and I stayed at a sister resort of Amara Cay but we ate at Reel Catch. Rudy was our server and seriously was so amazing! As a server myself, I love seeing someone enjoy talking with their tables like I do!!! If ur ever in Des Moines, Iowa, please say hello! I’ll serve you a beer anytime! We enjoyed a great new menu over two nights. We met the Executive Chef, and Sous Chef after our dinner and was truly appreciative of their new menu, and wish them continued success. Using fresh local seafood with Caribbean influenced techniques. The desserts are perfect to fill you up with sweet satisfaction!

The food was excellent. Coconut Curry Whole Snapper entry and the Fettuccine Mushroom Alfredo were very good. The real difference for this establishment is the excellent service provided by the staff. Marshel and Mudey made our experience over the top. They really want to take care of you and make your experience special. Thanks to you guys for a wonderful meal and a great time!

We stayed at this resort while diving next-door at the sister resort love this place. It was very clean. Food was amazing. Beach was clean and the pool and tiki bar was a plus will definitely come back.

The online menu via OpenTable did not match the menu at the restaurant and was incredibly disappointing Also, there were specials, but our server neglected to mention them to us until after we ordered

We loved our stay at Amara Cay over spring break! Will certainly be back. Fish Like a Local was an incredible experience at Amara Cay and Three Waters for our whole family! We have been to the keys several times participating in multiple fishing experiences on charters and off bridges and Patrick was by far the best guide we have ever had! He is so friendly, fun, informative and patient! We were fortunate enough to fish with him our first day and it was a hit. We made it a point to be sure we fished with him again prior to the end of our trip and will be sure to check him out the next time we are in the keys. Highly recommend!

Friendliest staff- so helpful and polite. Food was excellent!! Beautiful setting. We had a lovely time. If I had to give one suggestion it would be bigger tables. It was a challenge getting food and drinks on the table with four of us.
