“Wonderful! They went out of their way and tried to make matzo ball soup for me, and it didn't turn out the way the chef liked so they refused to sell it. The lady kindly took my number down and said she would call when they would make it correctly. Although, I walked in thinking I was walking out with matzo ball soup. I can appreciate that 1) they went out of their way to make it for me 2) refused to sell a product that was inferior.“
