Very disappointed with our visit on Valentine’s Day. My daughter ordered a mini strawberry cheesecake but was given a scoop of ice cream with toppings instead. She also wanted the mini flavor of the month but was told only smalls were available—yet she ended up with a large. On top of that, my mini scoop wasn’t even mixed or filled properly. Spent $15 on the wrong order, and all they said was ‘sorry.’ Feels like we were ripped off. Won’t be coming back.
To the girls who were working on 9/27 at night y’all made my night. Thank you for being so happy for me and helping me pick out some ice cream to celebrate. True and utter kindness.
Delicious! Topping choices were great, as were the options for cones.
