Staff was amazing. I'm not a sweet coffee drinker fan - if I was this place would probably be amazing. The girl who took my order suggested a latte or an Americano. Went with the latte and I have to agree with a previous post that compared it to warm milk. Seems like a great place, obviously very popular but just not my thing.

I came back to update my previous review. I had a chance to speak with Alexis who is the manager of this location. Let me just say she is the embodiment of Customer Service. She is truly about taking care of her customers and making sure they are happy. She exceeded my expectations when handling my concerns. This is what great leadership is all about. Worst one in the city this is why we need more locations because Normandy gets you in and out. Got to this location at 7:05 sat in line till 7:45 and still didn’t get order taken had to back out and leave.

Person who took my order was very nice but the girl who handed me my coffee must’ve been having a bad day. She looked visibly annoyed and was very unprofessional. My first time having a bad experience at 7 brew.
Every time I go my drink it’s bussin however the service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good other times no words are spoken, perhaps management needs to reassess conditions. Happy workers make happy customers
