Great subs, horrible staff. I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one behind the counter to take my order, and I stood and watched them make the subs, run through the oven, and stack up on the other side. The gentleman who was there was doing anything but making subs - he was out wandering around as the subs just kept stacking up and getting cold. This is not great at an airport where people have planes to catch - apparently he had nothing but time. Would love to try these again when someone would share the concept and what was available, but don't want to miss my next flight to hope that happens.

The freshly prepared delicious food was a generous portion at a very reasonable price…a lovely surprise at the airport!

Decent veggie sub, I asked for all the veggies. Could take a while to get your order, only one person on staff making food.

Really good sandwich and they had it ready in about five minutes. I would eat there again.

Just an FYI to the travelers:
The subs are fairly priced. I tried the Peruvian and it was fantastic.
The sides are way over priced. The chicken salad was good. The banana pudding was good but not worth 4+ bucks for the portion. The Schweet tea is very sweet and definitely over priced. It's a beverage, not a Rolex.
Overall still a great place to grab a sandwich. Just be wary of the sides, that's were they get the big bucks.

Been there over 15 years and I will forever recommend! It never gets old!
Actually excellent food that I would eat even if I wasn't stuck in an airport.
The Peruvian sandwich was delicious and well priced. There's a line, but there's good reason for that. Worth the wait.

They sell sweet tea, in fact they promote it. So why at 11:30 am just before lunch would I be told - “sorry we are out of sweet tea today.” Not brewing more?

Like to be ignored and wait excessive amounts of time for food? This is the place for you if so! Just an ok sub sandwich - 3 of the things I ordered through the online menu all out. AVOID the potatoe salad - mine was frozen on one side of the container and the other side was a bland untastefull mess.

Not like the beach location at all. Slow service - lost the order. When it finally came, it sucked, stale bread and cold.

I dont know what these ppl are talking about in the reviews but this was one of my fav subs ever. Some background, my family owned a sandwich shop with subs and gyros for 25 years. The chicken salad sandwich with pepperoni was AMAZING. The Peruvian vinegarette on the other sub we got was AMAZING. We were flying from Jax to Vegas. Not only were each lg sub under $10, but tasted great. Could've used more meat but like I said, the subs were like $8. The employees were cool. They were rude, but they weren't all happy either but I dont go places for smiles and thank yous, I go for the food. And when your traveling, especially in an airport, nobody wants to buy a cold sandwich for $15 out of an open air cooler. Like I said I dont get all the hate. Ive been thinking about their sandwiches for months.

Owners need to start over with a completely new employee group. Don’t bother coming here.
