I’ve gone to this location several times and I have never had such a terrible experience. The waitress was amazing and nothing wrong in that area. I ordered a spiked coffee and ask for NO Carmel to be on the rim just put it in the coffee and it comes out with Carmel all over the sides making it sticky (I was trying to avoid this). I then drank some water and later seen a dark spot on an ice cube. There was mold on the ice!!!! It was frozen on the side of the ice cube!!!! Called...read full review
Food is amazing, staff is friendly and food was pretty fast
We sat in the bar area at a high top table… the service from the bartender was terrible. When we were seated by the very nice hostess… she told them we were there and you could tell she was irritated that we sat there. The server never acknowledged us after 20 minutes of us sitting there… never brought water at the very least. The hostess saw my frustration, and brought us water. Even after we got the water, we waited another five minutes and she still didn’t come over...read full review
