I had an unpleasant experience at this Arby’s on 10/27/2024 around 6:15 pm. The customer service, particularly at the drive-through, was poor. The person taking my order seemed uninterested and even disrespectful. As I was ordering, I could hear frustrated sounds from the employee, as if they were annoyed by my order. It was uncomfortable, and rather than completing my order, I ended up just leaving. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. The staff’s attitude consistently feels unwelcoming. I hope management can address these issues because respectful service should be a standard, not a rarity.
I purchased the gyro combo with curly fries. The fries were very cold and tasted like potatoe chips. The gyro was overwhelming with way to much roast beef, and now I know there was another option of meat.

I order the special 4 roast beef f $10 & 2 cups of cheddar sauce get home there is only 3 sandwiches and one of the cups of cheddar lid was not closed so it spilled In the bag it says store closes at 12a its 9pm I have called atleast 10 times and no one is answering the phone they must be enjoying my sandwich I paid for but did not receive
Honestly it was my first time ever going to an arby's and i could say i was pretty satisfied the food was great, i will 100% return soon
