Black-American Woman Food is FRESH. There are choices that allow you to make a salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap. The protein choices are both vegan and meat. There are PLENTY sides, dips, and sauces to get a full entree. $20 will be spent well. My FAV proteins are the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatball, black lentils or grilled chicken. My FAV side is fiery broccoli, feta, black olives, corn, pickled onions, and red cabbage. My GO-TO sauce is the lemon tahini (probably misspelled)....read full review
This is one of my sister and i’s goto spots for a yummy healthy dinner. The staff is always super freaking nice and the manager Trace knows how to keep a happy crew. Forever customer here!! Thank you guys for making suck amazing meals and making me feel awesome each time with great service.

We have just moved to Jax and were looking for Mediterranean food. We found Cava on Yelp and it is wonderful. The restaurant is clean well staffed and inviting. We have the Greek pita and the balsamic date chicken salad. Both were fresh and very flavorful. Indoor or outdoor seating. Good foodie experience.
