“Hovan is an instant yes whenever someone in the office mentions it - I absolutely adore them. The food is always delicious and delightful, and while so filling I want a nap afterward, that’s a bonus! My particular favorite fact is that you can get the gyro with tahini instead of tzatziki - I’m sadly no longer able to eat tzatziki, and I thought that meant no more gyros, but the tahini is an inspired and amazing replacement. Also, their pita is spectacular. We always order extra 💚“

“Everything we had was spectacular. We were a group of three and shared the charcuterie board for two, baklava, coffee, chai masala, and a cheese kunafa. The standouts were the kunafa, chai, Turkish coffee, and the labneh, grape leaves, marinated cheese and hummus on the charcuterie board. Our server was very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun respite with nice themed decor.“

“YES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODRUM MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN!!! 😁 Our team was TDY at JAX and decided to go for some Mediterranean food. This place is a hidden gem it seems as only a few people were eating in but we did notice a lot of to-go orders... We were seated in a cozy area of the restaurant by a window. Our dinner experience was like having a family meal where the meal was sooo good everyone stopped talking because all of us were too busy enjoying our food. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant I have dined at. Will definitely come back when we are back in the area again.“

There's one thing I can say about this place, it's good, consistent and always on point.
Uncle Khalid is a good person and he always remembers me plus everyone that worked for me, but the food tho......
I stop here multiple times a week not because of the convenience, his oil is always clean on his frier, the meat is fresh, THE VEGGIES ARE ALWAYS SUPER FRESH TOO.
All his dressings (okay maybe most of them) he makes in house and are to die for.

Hands down will continue to give my hard earned money for good food at reasonable prices.“

“Chef Mike took the time out of his busy schedule to accommodate a business birthday lunch. He gave us his personal cell phone number for the group to submit their individual orders. After sending the message with over 18 orders, 15 of them being dine-ins, he called back to go over each order individually. He made sure all of the order were right and with all of the specifics. I've never experienced this in the 20+ years of dining out. The food was beautifully presented and ready almost as soon as we arrived. We will definitely use this amazing restaurant and cafe the next time we do a business event. Thank you Mike and your staff for the above and beyond experience!“

The salmon was delicious, but the branzino was slightly overcooked. The dessert was unbelievably delicious! Overall, the flavors were tasty and we will definitely be back.“

“My husband and I have come to love this location. We always get the chicken bowls with super greens and they have really great toppings….some of our favorites are the cucumbers and tomatoes, fiery broccoli, roasted corn and red pepper hummus. We have to give a big praise to Haily Dove who was so friendly and sweet and even uploaded my receipt to their app for rewards after I forgot to do so and had already been seated. She was great!“

“This was a hidden gem and a great find. Since all of the affordable river view eateries have been bulldozed, I was looking for a new place to eat near downtown. It's not downtown enough, but worth the drive. It's inside a nondescript office building, but there's free parking and public access to it and the bathrooms. It looks like boats may even be able to dock down the hill,as there are stairs accessing it from the riverfront. It's counter order style, simple lunch foods, and they close by 3 pm. I had an Italian panini and my friends enjoyed the turkey sandwich.“

“This was my first time eating at the Cava Mediterranean Restaurant & I loved it.

I actually had the guy behind me coach me up on how to order and it was well worth depending on his experience.

He said he ate there a couple of times a week so I trusted his opinion.

You basically just go through the line and tell them what you want they stack it up beautifully and you sit down and enjoy your healthy clean meal and rock on. I definitely recommend giving them a try.“

“Im from canada and was in jacksonville last year for a cruise and i tried this place because the guy was giving samples, thank you for doing that because holy it was some incredible chicken and lamb, i got a bowl of each and have been thinking about it often ever since. Please expand into canada because i would go here 5 times a week, i cant wait to come back to florida next month and go here again.“

“Ayus's Cafe is tucked away in a by lane off Baymeadows Way. We almost thought Google maps was wrong. A little hidden gems that has Mediterranean options and some delicious Ethiopian! The injera is made fresh in store. Run by a mother daughter duo, Ayu and Rachel were friendly and helpful. We got the Sampler and the Key Wot. Loved it all. The falafel was crisp and yummy, and the key wot with injera was very flavorful. Do try them out!“
