This place is a hidden gem it seems as only a few people were eating in but we did notice a lot of to-go orders... We were seated in a cozy area of the restaurant by a window. Our dinner experience was like having a family meal where the meal was sooo good everyone stopped talking because all of us were too busy enjoying our food. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant I have dined at. Will definitely come back when we are back in the area again.“

“This was my first time trying CAVA, and I was so nervous because I didn’t know what to choose. The staff were extremely kind and patient, and they helped me build my bowl. They even put my order on the house, which meant so much to me because I was a little broke that day 😭😂. The food was fresh, delicious, and filling enough to keep me satisfied for the rest of the day. The pita chips and lavender blueberry drink were also so good! Honestly, I liked it better than Chipotle but everyone has different taste. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my first visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back! 😁“

“Chef Mike took the time out of his busy schedule to accommodate a business birthday lunch. He gave us his personal cell phone number for the group to submit their individual orders. After sending the message with over 18 orders, 15 of them being dine-ins, he called back to go over each order individually. He made sure all of the order were right and with all of the specifics. I've never experienced this in the 20+ years of dining out. The food was beautifully presented and ready almost as soon as we arrived. “My husband and I have come to love this location. We always get the chicken bowls with super greens and they have really great toppings….some of our favorites are the cucumbers and tomatoes, fiery broccoli, roasted corn and red pepper hummus. We have to give a big praise to Haily Dove who was so friendly and sweet and even uploaded my receipt to their app for rewards after I forgot to do so and had already been seated. She was great!“

“This was a hidden gem and a great find. Since all of the affordable river view eateries have been bulldozed, I was looking for a new place to eat near downtown. It's not downtown enough, but worth the drive. It's inside a nondescript office building, but there's free parking and public access to it and the bathrooms. It looks like boats may even be able to dock down the hill,as there are stairs accessing it from the riverfront. It's counter order style, simple lunch foods, and they close by 3 pm. I had an Italian panini and my friends enjoyed the turkey sandwich.“

“Loved the sampler! It was the perfect 1st time dish to let me try heap of new foods. Each individual item on its own was good but when you combined them together with the bread to make your own sandwich/gyro/taco it became heavenly. Especially the parsley salad thing. Ask about it because I dont want to spell its actual name wrong but it added the perfect zest to.balance out the falafel and hummus.

“We love Pita Pit tremendously! It's a great healthy (or certainly healthier) alternative to many fast foods I enjoy. I don't come to Pita Pit for the healthiness, but rather the yumminess! Great food for a great price. Staff are sheets friendly. Only thing I'd change is how hard it is to hear the staff on the other side of the counter. But all in all, great food for a great piece, will return!“
