We have just moved to Jax and were looking for Mediterranean food. We found Cava on Yelp and it is wonderful. The restaurant is clean well staffed and inviting. We have the Greek pita and the balsamic date chicken salad. Both were fresh and very flavorful. Indoor or outdoor seating. Good foodie experience.

Black-American Woman Food is FRESH. There are choices that allow you to make a salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap. The protein choices are both vegan and meat. There are PLENTY sides, dips, and sauces to get a full entree. $20 will be spent well. My FAV proteins are the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatball, black lentils or grilled chicken. My FAV side is fiery broccoli, feta, black olives, corn, pickled onions, and red cabbage. My GO-TO sauce is the lemon tahini (probably misspelled). The dips I always get the hummus and tatzki (probably misspelled) but there are like 8 to choose from. Service - there's none. Going to Cava's is overwhelming especially if it's your first time. There isn't a guided experience. The servers expect you to know everything. It feels like if you're not a part of Cava then you're apart from Cava. Ambience - minimalist nothing fancy, the restaurant also has a distinct smell that isn't necessarILY pleasant. It's indicative of the Mediterranean mixture that is going on and non American cooked meat, French fries or baked cookies you would normally SMELL.

Food looked unappealing- especially the chicken. Salad was soggy and Greek pita wrap was floating in too much sauce. Combo of flavors was awful. A waste of money. Staff didn't seem to care- just wanted us through the line. Drink station was covered in spills was sticky. Napkins in the floor.

This is one of my sister and i’s goto spots for a yummy healthy dinner. The staff is always super freaking nice and the manager Trace knows how to keep a happy crew. Forever customer here!! Thank you guys for making suck amazing meals and making me feel awesome each time with great service.

Came in today for a bowl. I don't eat meat on Fridays because of lent. I asked if I could get avocado instead of a protein without paying extra for the avocado. The girl building the bowl said that was ok. The girl that rung it up said"it doesn't work like that!" It wouldn't have been such an issue if the avocado that I was served was brown (and it was a newly cut avocado). I come here 3 to 4 times a week. It will be a while before you see me again!

We usually order online for carry out from our local location, but we're in this area and decided to eat here. The decor was very simplistic, almost industrial and not very appealing. Luckily the food always tastes amazing so we will plan to return to carry out only. Service was great, with additional staff helping when a line formed. Only negative, we ordered two bowls and had to ask for pita, then only received one.

First experience not the best. Waited a but for pick up and none of my sauces were on my order.They moved the line quickly for in store orders.
