2 Employees were the only staff there. Drive through closed, lun time. 20 minutes to get our order. 1 cooking, one taking orders, dropping fries, and fetching shakes.But it was clean.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There was an employee smoking a cigarette outside with a dusty looking hoodie as I was walking inside. As I was waiting for my food. I saw him/her pluck the cigarette butt and walk inside smelling like he/she collected every cigarette butt and put them in his or her hoodie pocket. Then proceeded to the back and JUST GRABBED SOME GLOVES AND STARTED PREPARING SOME UNLUCKY PERSON FOOD. Did not wash their hands at all AND WAS STILL WEARING THE SAME HOODIE WHILE PREPARING THE FOOD. ???

Worst service ever. No customer greeting from employee or manager. No acknowledgement that you even walked into the establishment. "Whatcha want?" asked instead of a more pleasant inquiry as to my order. Maybe this is why they have little business. At least the guy who bagged the order was more pleasant.

Absolutely the worst Arby's experience I've ever had.It took about 45 minutes to get my order and once I got it, it was wrong and then it took another 20 minutes to correct it.My family was done eating before I got my corrected order, so I had to take mine to go.There were 3 employees all of which seemed to not care and strictly held to the attitude of "not my job".The cashier was taking orders quickly, but wasn't helping serve the orders in any way.The server was slow as molasses and the grill cook didn't care there was a full screen of orders waiting on their food to be served.I normally don't give reviews, but this was bad enough, I had to say something.If I could give it a zero, I would.

The 1st time I went there, I related with a brunette female manager. She actually remembered me 2 weeks later, which I thought was very sweet, and lmk she actually took her job seriously! Thanks for the great service! ?

Disappointing to be charged $1.10 for extra tomatoes on my sandwich when I deleted both the onions & lettuce from my order. No other fast food restaurant charges for extra items like this.
