Dear Arby's,
All a girl wanted was a roast beef sandwich and some curly fries but now I don't care if I ever see another curly fry thanks to your poor staff! Slow, rude service! The Pepsi machine was out of Pepsi and I asked the lady behind the counter if their was any Pepsi in the back. She said no there was none.
