i have been here twice and staff have been so kind and lovely both times <3 happy to make me a vegan pretzel (using canola oil spray instead of butter) when i asked even though they had to make new ones from scratch they were very accomodating and made me very happy!

Extremely poor customer service. I was told pretzels would be ready in 30 minutes 3 different times and after waiting over an hour, there still were no pretzels ready at all. I worked in customer service for 20 years and the rudeness, unprofessionalism, lack of product and lack of concern from the employee would NOT have been tolerated at all. The employee was very rude and this was not the first time I endured this at the Jacksonville airport location. I can’t believe he’s still employed better yet I’m surprised this location is still in business. I gave 1 star just for the location. Whomever the owner is if your willing to sell I’m interested. Guarantee I could do a better job at running this business.

I've visited this location twice this month and each time there's the same guy at the counter. He's a darker toned black guy and extremely sassy. Yesterday I came By and only inquired about a pretzel dog. I didn't see any ojt but I wasn't aware if they were making more so I asked. He very loudly told me what was out in the most passive aggressive way possible. I felt so disrespected because it was extremely unnecessary. I get that working in an airport you encounter a lot ofTraffic and it can be overwhelming so that's why the first time I let it slide but twice? That's ridiculous. He doesn't need to work at any customer service establishments with his sassy and nasty attitude. I will be back in a week and although I love pretzels I will not patronize this place ever again!

I should have looked at the reviews! The issue is clearly the employees. Waited for a measurable amount of time before someone from a neighboring store went and woke up the folks at the pretzel place. No large nuggets, no spicy cheese, they added the salt after I ordered the nuggets. I didn’t look at the food at the counter. Here I sit on the plane. With very burnt shouldn’t be served food. Very unhappy.

Jacksonville airport location. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is NEVER anything available for purchase regardless of when I’m here. Just close the darn thing down if you’re not going to have food. Let another business open. Preferably one that will have food!
