It's gawd damn thanksgiving weekend and yall have one person behind the counter working ... and it's 50 ppl in line! then she stated that you guys ran out of supplies... like how . the only thing available is a regular pretezel...
Extremely poor customer service. I was told pretzels would be ready in 30 minutes 3 different times and after waiting over an hour, there still were no pretzels ready at all. I worked in customer service for 20 years and the rudeness, unprofessionalism, lack of product and lack of concern from the employee would NOT have been tolerated at all. i have been here twice and staff have been so kind and lovely both times <3 happy to make me a vegan pretzel (using canola oil spray instead of butter) when i asked even though they had to make new ones from scratch they were very accomodating and made me very happy!
