“Nice location on the ground floor of the Avenues Mall that has been there since it opened but my first visit. The line was long but the 4 employees worked well as a team which is nice to see. I ordered the Pretzel with no salt for $3.89 and Honey Mustard Sauce which was nice and fresh. If you're in the Mall suggest you try any and all sections they offer.“
“Greatest most courteous staff I've encountered. I enjoy your preferred parking program because my schedule is very erratic. It's main flaw is that drivers park in the spaces that are already paid for. After a long day, it's frustrating to wait as the staff is forced to go out into the night, track down the ILLEGALLY parked vehicle, awaken a rude and ignorant driver and ask him to move to a legal parking spot. I can understand how frustrating it could be for your team members and on several occasions lately it has taken quite a bit of time from my precious 10hour break. Tonight Tealle bravely and most joyfully was able to accomplish the feat in only a few moments. As the ILLEGALLY parked diver came out of his truck and confronted her, she remained most courteous and in control of the situation. The j*** was clearly larger than her, flailing his arms and pointing madly about. I salute her professionalism. At the risk of telling you how to run your business, surely you could come up with a solution or way to avoid putting your team members in such a position. Clearly Teallle's teammates were forced to cover her absence. They also were very courteous to me and the cleanliness of your store is a reflection upon their work ethic and the pride they take in their employment here. A world class facility“
“i have been here twice and staff have been so kind and lovely both times <3 happy to make me a vegan pretzel (using canola oil spray instead of butter) when i asked even though they had to make new ones from scratch they were very accomodating and made me very happy!“
“The customer service here has always been nice. I have never had a problem at this location until today.I received a pretzel that was so hard, It was not edible. I tried to call up to the store to let them know to see if they would replace it but no one answered the phone.I will always check my pretzel now, before leaving this location.Thankfully!!!!! the really nice lady at the regency location named Sue gave me a fresh pretzel.thank you Mrs. Sue.“
