I come here all the times with my kids and have NEVER had an issue until today with an employee named Ava. Appalling behavior talking a foot away about how mean and rude the last two customers have been to her to her little friend that wanted to chime in as well. I think any single person standing in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for their $50 order is allowed to ask an employee to check on how much longer. Good service but the multi haired colored lady couldnt stop talking about the jackson ville jaguars and how they are gonna win the super bowl this year , shes kinda bad tho
The biggest reason for my rating is sanitation.
There is a gentleman working there (who was really nice) but with extremely long fingernails. He walked into the stand right before I ordered, there is no way to wash your hands and get under those nails that quickly. And then touching the inside of my bag with the nails made me feel uneasy. Please, next time if You’re not gonna trim your nails please wear gloves
