I had the pleasure of shaking hands with the one of the managers I believe GM but she took ownership of her store in the sense that, if there was a mistake she used words like "we are better than that" or "we can make that happen" sign of a leader to me. Anywho foods good and I always trust a place where a manager trust their team. Hats off to her.
Food was tasty.The attitudes from both employees was not well received. The snappiness to questions was rude and when I asked for a take out box, she tossed it on the counter and quickly turned away to talk to the other associate.A smile would be wonderful, but didn't receive that.The men's room was atrocious and seen in photos.We usually frequent this Firehouse, but if this is the new trend we will go elsewhere.Vegetarian options: Bring in spring mix with fresh grapes and berries...read full review

Best experience in a sandwich shop I've had my whole life. The crew running the place at 9pm on a Friday night were all top shelf. Everyone was having fun, laughing with customers, and doing a fantastic job at the same time. The type of crew that deserves a raise sort of thing.. winking at you firehouse.
