I dined in on a Sunday afternoon with my Dad and husband. There was no wait at all and the host was very pleasant. Our server was Bill. Wild Bill. He took our drink and appetizer order and had our drinks out immediately. My dad ordered a black Russian and they brought him a white Russian. This was no fault of our servers as I heard when I walked to view the outdoor space. So my dad said who cares and drank the white Russian. Our order for entrees was taken. Our app came.outBeef empanadas. Hot and fresh w good seasoning. My husband tried the Aruba golden ale and was a fan. Our entrees were on point. Jerk chicken pasta...perfection. Husband said the burger was cooked exactly how he likes and my dad said the coconut shrimp were right on time. Wild bill did bring my dad a second black Russian which was exactly correct . We asked for to go boxes and our checks and bill checked us out immediately at the table. When in Jacksonville we will be back. Huge shout out to the management and hosts and another brunette server who were so inviting and made my dad's experience so stellar. Very nice..... Inside for more sophisticated class bunch and outside more for beachcomber/tourist people. Great selection of different foods, drinks and desserts. Even virgin drinks for non alcoholic options and kids. I got the chicken and rice in a pineapple and brought the leftovers back to GA.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an inclined walkway for wheelchair accessible and the outside dining option is a smooth transition

The customer service was okay Devin very nice young man but the food, AKA, the presentation was not great, the mashed potatoes look like soggy grits with grease on them,we had to send the order back, my shrimp look like they were boiled,they were supposed to be grilled and they sprinkle seasoning on the top disgusting it's very clear we won't be customers at Bahama Breeze again

Once again, the place chosen for a happy hour was Bahama Breeze! Excellent environment, great happy hour appetizers and drinks, and friendly staff. Live music on weekends is awesome! Will definitely be there again.
We had Jamaican wings and intimate pina colada which were AAA. The chicken tostones were right from having to pile stuff on so we didn’t like it that much but another person may not mind. The service and atmosphere were also good. Would definitely return!
The staff was so polite, professional and timely. It didn't take the fresh, hot food long to come out. The margarita was delicious. My family and I will definitely be back.

Went on a Sunday afternoon ; it was so beautiful out so we sat outside. I’d say if your going to go out; this is a wonderful date spot. Very easy going and insanely good Paella which is what I got and my boyfriend got the tequila glazed salmon. ? Really sweet staff to. Our server was Sy he was awesome. Thank you guys!
MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER. We drove for 2 hours because my wife had to have Bahama Breeze for her Birthday. Once we arrived, being seated was fast. Our waiter seemed to be in a rush , not organized, not ready basically. We had drinks and ordered our food. After 1 hour and 10 minutes we still had no food. I was extremely disappointed and requested the check to pay for what we already had consumed which was an appetizer and our 2 drinks. Needless to say, her Birthday was ruined and I wanted so badly to cause a scene but we left respectfully and she sobbed in disappointment. Shame on you for such horrible horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend your establishment to anyone that may possibly ask. Each and every patron should matter but it seems you choose who receives good service. Highly disappointed

MANGER ZACK AND ALLIE BOTH DID NOTHING TO HELP OUR EXPERIENCE WITH OUR PARTYS.. PLUS ZERO REGGAE PILI PILI BAND NOT THERE.. SERVICE IS DOWN AND FOOD NOT THAT GREAT.. WE WERE GOING TO BOOK A 75 PERSON PARTY. BUT AFTER BAD SERVICE AND CRAPY MANGERS .. DONT GIVE THEM YOURE
