Very underwhelming. Plenty of people on hand, very few customers, but many things out of order and needing cleaned up.

Ice cream displays had random items bagged up inside. I really feel like this starts with management.

The young lady who helped us was kind enough, but there is other staff sitting in the dining chairs, playing on phones.

It's a real bummer when the employees aren't properly trained.

We stopped by for some late night sweet treats. We went through the drive through and didn't know all the flavors. Mashari was working and was SO kind. She read out all the flavors and was very patient with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted. The ice cream was good as always. Mashari was genuinely so kind. Made our trip so worth it.

I absolutely have to give a HUGE shout out to a woman named Chantelle working at the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins on Cassatt.My son and I went to get ice cream after the park and when we got there, his favorite flavor was empty. That threw him for a complete loop. He absolutely could not figure out what he wanted instead and was seriously starting to get stressed out. He was just about ready to settle for just plain old vanilla when this woman stopped and asked him if he would...
