We always have a good time here. Just went today and there was a new customer support, a young guy. He was very rude and misbehaved even with our two kids. Made some bad gestures, when interrupted, he asked me to keep voice lower else it would be bad for me. I still didn't allowed him to be more rude and asked him to behave properly specially with little girls and not to make indecent gestures or stare at them.Better the owner should take care of such a fellow. Just for owners information he was there today 21st March at evening 7PM approx. I was thinking to call cops but later left it out.Too bad for such a nice place and a spoiler of a nice evening..

Why is it, when I use their restroom with my child, within a couple minutes of being in there, ("The employees" ) want to knock on the bathroom door. ((Both times that happened to us))!!Stop harassing paid customers when they are using the restroom!! THANKS!!

Awful, dreadful, and super disrespectful customer service. There is a sign on the drive thru menu that says to notify the employee if you have an allergy. I told this lady at least five times I was looking for dairy free ice cream as I was extremely allergic. She just repeatedly told me the flavors, without ever verifying if they were dairy free. It’s like she didn’t comprehend what I was saying very clearly. So I go inside to look myself, and the guy at the counter doesn’t say hello, nothing. Right when I start to order, he walks away without saying a word and goes to the drive thru window. He then proceeded to come back and get my order, again without a word. It was extremely upsetting.

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in any business. Firstly. I go through drive through because I don’t want to go inside the business. At the drive thru they don’t have a list of the ice cream flavors. They are never busy so I suggested I pull up to the window and they tell me the flavors. They said they weren’t doing to go back and forth to give me the flavors at the window and that they can do it better inside or at the speaker. I listened at the speaker for the various flavors and decided on a flavor - 2 scoops in a cone. Pulled up to the window to pay. When they gave me the scoop on a cone I simply asked for a cup as I was driving and wanted to wait till I got home to eat. Two different persons came to the window to question me as if I was asking for too much.asked the cashier if I could suggest something. Either have a list at the drive thru or at the cash register the cashier said I can come back and suggest that to his manager. I said to him I have no idea when your manager is going to be around. Maybe you can pass that on the him or her. Well that be came a whole back and forth because he insisted I do it. This young man maybe an adult in age but his mental capacity is very limited. Talked over me. And wasn’t proactive. Very defensive as if I was attacking him. If this manager reads this I would suggest you take a page from chick-fil-A. They have problem solving skills. There should have been a list at the register to begin with. Definitely not coming back.

The staff was very rude to my sister and told her to wait multiple times screaming for someone to come out of the back instead of helping us. They gave her a happy birthday card with her graduation cake and one of the staff members had crocs on. Not professional at all

I used to order a cake from Baskin-Robbins located at Southside Boulevard and changed to this location as prior location messed up my cake orders two times for my kids birthday and on one of the occasions they didn’t even return my money and I noticed it pretty late.I ordered came from here during those times and had a decent experience until now .I have a cake ordered for pick up for sep 1 and when I came to pick up today, I was told that the cake is not there and took my number to call us back by staff .I got Call back saying that the cake is indeed present and ready for pick up so I had to travel back again to pick it up.When I came back again to pick up for the second time the person working now there says that there is no cake order in my name and had to come back. I asked him to check back pain after three repeated requests finally they found a cake and returned it and had a not a pleasant customer service experience during my conversation.There is no communications between staff members. I requested for manager number and reported they they don’t have it .I need to look beyond Baskin Robbins at this time for any future needs

This place sucks! Customer is awful. There two young ladies that did our would say thank your welcome. No vanilla ice cream and the reason was they close at n 7 minutes. DON'T GO HERE!

Came here a week and was able to get ice cream with mixed flavors. Came here today and had bad customer service. Could not here the person at the drive thru and then almost shooed out the door because i wanted a milk shake with mixed flavors. Was told that i was not allowed to mix the flavors. Mentioned that i was able to a week ago and they told me that that employee should have been fired for letting me do that. Would not recommend to anyone. This is why there are no customers there when you go.

Worst customer service Dunkin/Baskin Robbins we ever been to. 3 times now the person taking orders made us leave due to a poor attitude and just rushing us while ordering. Please hire some friendly staff ASAP. Will not be going back to this location. Southside Blvd it is!!

The only reason I rated 5 stars is because of the service Kianna gave me! I had come in for a milkshake after having dental work and was surprised to find they didn't have chocolate ice cream or bananas or hot fudge or peanut butter or anything! The young lady was very nice and was able to make a great shake without many ingredients! Thank you to her for being so gracious! I am very grateful! 1 star to Baskin Robbins and 5 star to Kianna!
