Why is it, when I use their restroom with my child, within a couple minutes of being in there, ("The employees" ) want to knock on the bathroom door. ((Both times that happened to us))!!Stop harassing paid customers when they are using the restroom!! THANKS!!
Awful, dreadful, and super disrespectful customer service. There is a sign on the drive thru menu that says to notify the employee if you have an allergy. I told this lady at least five times I was looking for dairy free ice cream as I was extremely allergic. She just repeatedly told me the flavors, without ever verifying if they were dairy free. We always have a good time here. Just went today and there was a new customer support, a young guy. He was very rude and misbehaved even with our two kids. Made some bad gestures, when interrupted, he asked me to keep voice lower else it would be bad for me. I still didn't allowed him to be more rude and asked him to behave properly specially with little girls and not to make indecent gestures or stare at them.Better the owner should take care of such a fellow.
