We have been coming here for 4 years after discovering a Beach Diner in Fernadina Beach. We love that it is bright and clean. The staff is welcoming and competent. The menu is broad with everything you could ever want for breakfast, including bagels and lox and steak and eggs. Lunch is great too with a separate menu with southern cooking daily specials.
We highly recommend.

This is the very first time I am placing a review f an eatery. Waitress told me they served hash browns. They do not. I ordered eggs over medium, I got one egg. Both platters that my friend and I received were lukewarm at best. The pancakes were severely undercooked. The bacon was as hard as jerky. The worst diner experience I've ever had.

Beach Diner is one of my go-to breakfast spots.
Each time my husband and I go, we are never disappointed!

The staff is amazing! They each are on top of their game and seldom is there ever a long wait to be greeted, seated, or served. If there happens to be a wait, they are spot on as far as the wait time, too!

The presentation of food is always beautiful… even if ‘just a sandwich!’ The condiments always seem to be full. Straws are already on the tables! Drinks are filled super quickly!

The restaurant is always clean… both inside and outside seating. The bathrooms have always been clean when needed!

The decor is cute — as one may assume— beach themed!

I sincerely have NOTHING remotely negative to say about this restaurant! They are all truly amazing here! I need to go try the two other locations!

My boyfriend had breakfast (Eggs on the Bayou) and I had lunch (smothered porkchops on mashed potatoes and okra/tomatoes). Both dishes were very good! And they do serve breakfast and lunch at the same time.

Let's talk about this hidden gem! I've lived in the area for 8 years and never noticed this diner. Today my world changed, I have a new favorite lunch spot.
I walked in with no expectations, it's 2025 and no one really wants to work and are miserable when they do. So imagine my surprise when a nice young man greeted me, sat me, and got my drink swiftly. The menu had so much to choose from I was at a loss until I saw the specials, meatloaf with brown gravy. Skip the meatloaf (my husband makes a meatloaf no one can compete with) BUT do you know how rare it is to find a restaurant serving brown gravy??? Sign me up for a sandwich and fries with the gravy on the side. I'm from western Pennsylvania, we like fries on our salads and gravy on our fries!
I would like to know management's secret because every employee I saw looked like they were having a great day, EVERY SINGLE ONE! Shannon you were amazing, she never missed a beat. I watched her multi task with skill and a smile that never left her face.
I sat next to a regular and the banter he shared with the staff makes me excited to become a regular too.

A new location for a beloved Jacksonville diner. Of course, I had the CSX breakfast sandwich, my usual, but others enjoyed their burrito, French toast and Chicken salad.
