My first time at Beignets Caribbean Cafe. Pleasantly surprised fast and courteous service. The Stewed Chicken, Cabbage and Red Beans with seasoned rice was very tasty. Portions were larger than I expected too. Great value. Highly recommend trying the quaint restaurant.

Food was delicious. We ordered over the phone for pick up 20mins later. Fried fish with rice and beans, griot with white rice and bean sauce, and jerk chicken with rice and beans. Food was hot, portions were big, order was correct, pick up was fast. Highly recommend!

I decided to try this place since I saw it had ox tails and the former reviewer said they were good. First, although the menu said ox tails and a side $18.99 I told him oxtails with rice and beans. The gentleman charged me $25 for the order. The order came in a styrofoam container. There was hardly any oxtails and the container was full of cabbage! The oxtails were not brown at all. They looked greyish like they were put in a pot of water boiled and served without the browning and slow braised fall off the bone meat that I usually get from potters house. I will not return and will be sticking with potters house in the future.

Small family ran restaurant with good food. Don't come here expecting anything fancy. This is simple good Haitian food in a modest setting. The place is clean the staff is friendly and you get huge portions for your money. The prices are fair. There are about 6 tables to dine in if you choose. The food is served hot and fresh. Parking can be a little challenging but most people are in and out. Pictured is the griot complete plate
Stew chicken was full of bones. I wasn’t very pleased with the food especially for what I paid

Enjoyed the new experience of Beignets. It was our first time and the food was very good. The service was ok considering there was only one man helping everyone. Atmosphere was ok. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. It reminded us of Haiti. We miss being able to go visit due to the unrest in the country. My oxtails were tender and flavorful. My husband had fried pork and plantains with rice. It was also good. They serve there food in Styrofoam which was different, yet we didn't have to ask for a "to go" container when we couldn't eat it all ?. I did stick my head in the back to tell the cooks, great job. The two older ladies, who looked like they stepped off the island into America, were very flattered and loved the compliments. The are great cooks!

The food is greasy and salty. There are cockroaches crawling around. The bathroom is filthy. The owners are rude.
