Found this good truck location by chance. Really nice and cool vibe! Very nice patio for seating… decorated and landscaped even.Had the beef street tacos and horchata to drink. The tacos were excellent and huge… stuffed full… no skimping on quantity of meat and toppings. It’s an amazing hidden food truck with authentic Honduran food! They have Pollo on tajadas, Carne asada plates, Mexican & Honduran tacos, Baleadas and more! Everything is made fresh at the spot so food takes 10-25 minutes to prepare depending on what you order but it’s worth the wait.

A hidden gem in Jax. An entire meal plate that transports you back to that one home where a home cooked meal tasted like a true labor of love from a food truck.The food is truly amazing. I had a carne asada dinner plate with rice, black refried beans, a half slice of avocado, 4 corn tortillas, and pico de gallo. Carne asada is full of flavors and tender.
