We always get slow service. I’ve been to a bunch of bojangles being a truck driver. The majority of the time get good service at bojangles. Unfortunately not at this one that is close to my house
Food was awesome, wait was about 15 minutes @ 8:30pm but well worth the wait! #boberrybiscuits🔥🔥

Service is good, and the space is clean, making it a wonderful experience for customers. However, the service can be inconsistent, with some staff members appearing disengaged, while others are enthusiastic and ready to serve. The two young guys up front are serious when it comes to quality control. They opened up the food to make sure it was the right order and saw the biscuit looked a bit dry, sending it back before the customer had to say anything. The manager, Miss Sparkles, also wanted to ensure the customer had everything they needed before leaving. Despite occasional order mix-ups and subpar food quality, Bojangles remains a go-to destination for many customers.
