By far the absolute worst service I've ever had in any bono's the blond working the front was rude for no reason the black cooks where making racist comments about me thinking I did not hear I will never eat hear worst service ever!!!
We eat at the Bowden location 1-2 nights a week. It has it good and off nights. Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich like we normally do. It was the worst l, oldest, tangiest chicken I have ever tasted. It was definitely sitting in whatever broth or brine they used when you precook chicken. Its unfortunate that we just ate there two nights prior and it was the freshest food that we have ever had there. They have off nights but the quality has never been this bad. I just wrapped the sandwich in napkins so it could be thrown away. if the cook doesn't try to send out quality food the first time I definitely don't want anything after I return/complain about food. I use this location for convenience but I think this will be my last time at this Bono's.

Food was excellent. Wait staff was awesome. Restaurant was clean and smelled yummy. 10/10. Highly recommend! Our waitress even made sure I had NoN styrofoam containers. We will definitely be going back.

Good food . Just not enough portions when u order . Rude customer service. 25$ for a large brisket platter . I'm still hungry after eating . Asked if u could put extra brisket . I'll pay more . And they say we can't do that. Nah u don't want to do it. There's a difference . Fix this then this'll be the perfect restaurant. I dnt like fat on brisket . Never had fat with the brisket till I ordered last time. So then I had to even eat less of the small portion. It was a large brisket platter . The lady on the phone said 10ounces of meat . Yea well this is food not majurana -_- looks good on the surface then there's 5 ounces of fat under the meat . THAT I DO NOT LIKE . I'm sure this Is a amazing restaurant if u go there . But I should expect the same treatment and food quality & portions when ordering. I was born at night , not last night.

Just grabbed a combo for lunch. Ribs and brisket. I've always been a fan of Bonos mustard sauce and it's still very good after all these years. The ribs were big and meaty and tasted great, but the brisket was a bit dry. It was ok but not as good as expected. The baked beans were excellent too. The mac-n-cheese was terrible as I only had one small bite. Overall, the ribs were great and the brisket was ok when covered in the sauce. It was a Tuesday after lunch around 2pm. They have an outside walk up window for togo orders and we ordered after getting there. The employees were friendly and professional, and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes.
