Pho- Fun experience for the first time recently. Very Helpful staff helping friends with gluten free requests. Lots of Togo containers for the large portion of Pho. I recommend the spicy S-1 sans extras, but they were worth a nibble on the side. Seems like a pretty authentic cuisine and that made it a fun traveling via food experience. Absolutely recommend. A couple downsides, ladies bathroom could use a steam clean to the floors and just fix up overall. Slow to get a party of 8 paying individually out of there. But great ambiance.

This used to be my favorite Pho place until they start charging $2 for card payment, $3 for open plate which is the bean sprout plate which i never ask in the first place plus they automatically charge you for a tip. Our order was only $46.85 but we ended up paying $62.85. Our server gets 10.47 which i think was not worth it because she didn't even refill our water. I have no issue giving tips, in fact Im a generous giver but having it automatically included in the bill was off!

Just had lunch here and I couldn't control myself! I ordered the dumplings and the chicken with rice, everything was fantastic. My taste buds were so happy and the food was so flavorful, that I over ate. I had plenty of leftovers for later and it was definitely worth the price. The service and atmosphere is a 10. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, I would highly recommend Bowl of Pho!

I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience here. While eating pho, I found a chewed piece of green gum â or something that looked exactly like it â in my bowl.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I took pictures and kept the item, just in case.
Food safety is no joke. This completely ruined my meal and made me feel sick. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and investigates how such a thing could happen.

Lately, weâve been reading alarming numbers in Health & Safety issues in the restaurant industry. But I never expected this to hit home until yesterday. We had been in Jax for an appointment and decided to have lunch at one of the fav PHO restaurants we patron while in Jacksonville. I ordered up my bowl of PHO (#13) the meat, noodles and broth were delicious! The PHO accompanied by a tray of veggies & herbs is normally a nice addition to the broth. I had added some Thai basil initially but waited until after I consume the noodles & meat before adding the bean sprouts to the broth to finish up the meal. I stirred the bean sprouts in, added some additional Thai basil and started to consume the broth, when my eye happened upon something that was âdifferent â than the rest. Initially, I thought it was a root of the bean sprout - but upon closer examination - I saw what appeared to be an antennae. Scooping it out of the broth, I laid it unto a napkin & realized what it was. This bit of âextra proteinâ I didnât order - A DEAD FLY in my soup! Bringing this to my waiterâs attention, he apologized and proceeded to explain how these insects fly in when the doors open - Okay, I get that, but then he continued to inform me that they have the âveggiesâ laid out on a table in the back and they land on them! Violation, Violation. To add to the insult - the waiter didnât even attempt to compensate for this - normally, theyâll take the item off the receipt! He did not! So, this experience reinforced what Iâve been leaning to for a while now - best food is one you make from home - because then you know the quality of the âingredients â in your meal.

This place has existed for decades and still a family favorite. Although many everyone orders the beef pho, I always get the seafood pho because the broth is crazy good. If you've never had anything other than rare beef pho, try to switch to the seafood pho and see why this is the most preferred. Never ever order the small. Always get large or extra large.

Hands down the best pho Iâve ever had! My best friend is Korean and familiar with a lot of different asian cuisines. Her family has been going here for years and said that itâs authentic! Portions are huge, I always have some to take home. I believe they recently raised their prices a little and its still less expensive and more food than other places iâve been. I hope they never change and will continue to go back again and again.

I dived in this restaurant many time. And always order xlarge pho noodle, it was good portion and more meat. The menu pho was P1 (ingredient everything) it was good everytime I had and brought home. But the last time I bought home it was terrible it'not the same tiny meat and the soup not test right I spend money for xlarge but the meat in the soup like small portion. I got 2 xlarge for my friend, she had to throw away because the taste is not right and the meat only tiny and a lot of crumb meat in the soup.
