Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Packed up two sundaes to go and they were delicious

I go every week and on this occasion im serviced by Maya whom told me i couldn’t get my toppings because they wouldn’t fit, usually i pay extra for my toppings and have no problems. The way she said it was rude as well . She definitely needs better customer service skills .

Tons of flavors for everyone and the kids go for the regular stuff. Everyone’s happy.

On 12/7/2025 at approximately 1:10 PM, my mother and I visited the Bruster’s Ice Cream located at 9590 Applecross Rd, Suite 108, Oakleaf Town Center. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The young female employee working the window — a white woman with short blonde hair and light pink, oval-shaped nails — displayed unprofessional and concerning behavior.

As we approached to order, she closed the sliding window directly in our faces without any explanation. Throughout our visit, she continued to stare at us and laugh, which made the situation feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. Her actions came across as discriminatory, and it left us feeling singled out and unwelcome.

We expect better customer service and basic courtesy from any establishment. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be treated in a way that feels dismissive or biased.

Love Bruster's Ice cream. It is one of the best ice cream stores you can go to.

Avoid this place. I recently visited Bruster’s Ice Cream and had a disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, as the staff ignored us and seemed uninterested in helping. The surroundings were dirty, which made the visit even less enjoyable. Additionally, the employees were rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

They'll never get any more money from me for this bull shit 30$$ for 2 1/2 gallons that the STAFF put in quart containers that they did not fill she said they did not use 1/2gallon containers anymore got an attitude when I told her to fill the containers up if not for my wife I would have GONE BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK ????????

Took my kids there, we were in a line since 9:40, they are in there laughing so when they finally got to us, that dude told us that they were closed and can’t serve us. It was exactly 10:01. No sympathy for the kids.

I went to get some ice cream with my family. We arrived at 9:59, mind you it was other people in. They looked and act like they didn't see us. 2 mins later the check came back and refused of service, close the door in our face. I told her, i was there at 9:59 she turned around talk to the guy that was also working and they both refused us service. Last month my husband went there with my daughter, the skipped them, server everyone else and had the nerve to say they didn't realize that nobody had serve them yet. It's been a lot of unpleasant visits from that staff. Therefore, my family will never return, and sadly a few of my friends also complain about their terrible experiences from that place.
