Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Best ice cream in the area.

Avoid this place. I recently visited Bruster’s Ice Cream and had a disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, as the staff ignored us and seemed uninterested in helping. The surroundings were dirty, which made the visit even less enjoyable. Additionally, the employees were rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

They'll never get any more money from me for this bull shit 30$$ for 2 1/2 gallons that the STAFF put in quart containers that they did not fill she said they did not use 1/2gallon containers anymore got an attitude when I told her to fill the containers up if not for my wife I would have GONE BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK ????????

Took my kids there, we were in a line since 9:40, they are in there laughing so when they finally got to us, that dude told us that they were closed and can’t serve us. It was exactly 10:01. No sympathy for the kids.

I went to get some ice cream with my family. We arrived at 9:59, mind you it was other people in. They looked and act like they didn't see us. 2 mins later the check came back and refused of service, close the door in our face. I told her, i was there at 9:59 she turned around talk to the guy that was also working and they both refused us service. Last month my husband went there with my daughter, the skipped them, server everyone else and had the nerve to say they didn't realize that nobody had serve them yet. It's been a lot of unpleasant visits from that staff. Therefore, my family will never return, and sadly a few of my friends also complain about their terrible experiences from that place.

The cookie craze is my absolute FAV!!! I’m praying they make it a staple flavor instead of rotating. My son is dairy free and loves the brownie Sunday when they have a ice cream flavor he likes but unfortunately they rarely have flavors that he likes so he usually opts for the freeze and loves the variety of flavors for that. I am a waffle bowl or waffle cone kinda girl and usually keep it simple with Oreo and butter pecan which are both equally amazing! The Oreo has the perfect balance of ice cream with chunks of Oreo cookies perfectly blended and not those itty bitty cookie crumbs like other places. The ice cream is sooo creamy rich and flavorful. The butter pecan is the same the perfect amount of pecan halves (not the itty bitty pieces) and ice cream. I’ve only had one experience where the butter pecan didn’t taste right it was like the milk was spoiled or something but I let them know and my order was replaced right away. Be prepared to wait most of the time because it is rather popular. There are a few employees who give smaller scoops but I always address it because if I’m paying 6 dollars for 2 scoops of ice cream they better be a good size. I could get a quart of ice cream right across the street at Publix for that price and we all know Publix is a tad expensive. So don’t be afraid to speak up if this happens to you because I’ve heard a few people making comments about it and I told them the same thing. Go back and have it fixed. They also offer free pup cups which I think is sweet!

Me and my boyfriend went to get ice cream from here; he just came from deployment the previous day. So we went 3/12/2024 around 9:15pm; the girl was rude and she act as if she didn’t know what they had in stock; we wanted non dairy she hesitated and said “we don’t have that” clearly you do if it’s on the menu. So we got the blasts one with Oreo the other with m&ms and the texture was no like a blast the ice cream was like a milk shake and it was horrible. Me and my man was very disappointed and won’t go here again. I was shocked that she had the nerve to hand that out. Never again!

Pretty good ice cream, good service, and decent pricing. All the tables are pretty dirty though.
