Waited 10 min to finally find host to get waitress. Another 10 just to get drinks. Then we are told by the host that they are out of paper menus!Immediately placed apps order bc of delays already. Got meals in waves… never received all our meals. Waitress blatantly gave our food to another table after dropping off one of our food items. Drinks sat at bar instead of at my table to drink. Cant even get our bill to pay and leave. Then we finally get our last mixed drink when she says our bill is on QR code at table. Only our bill is incorrect bc we never received all our food. THEN we see a manager come out of the kitchen to blame all the problems on only having 1 cook today. The cook seems to be the only one busting his behind! In the end, bill was only for one meal, we paid and left. On our way out we saw paper menus in front of people seated at the bar!Such a disappointment. This place needs to be shut down or corporate needs to arrive ASAP!

Im livid. Been trying to call to get our money back since it was a take out order. No one is answering. Our fries were soggy and ice cold. My chicken wrap was supposed to be mild and its not... WAY to hot for me to even eat. Wings are dried and over cooked. Will be going in tomorrow for a refund since its to late to drive back tonight. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been here several times, never an issue, this time the same thing. But the thing that stood out most was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE provided by Khalil. He was fast, efficient, professional, and very responsive. The epitome of an amazing server!
I placed my order online at this location because the location that I normally order from was having app issues. I have only eaten at this location once before and I don't even remember how the experience was. I cashed in my points on the app for free queso and they forgot it and my order. I went back in and told them that my order was missing chips and queso. He then came to me with the queso and chips. I open the queso and the container was less than halfway full. I asked for a manager. The manager came to me asking what my problem was. I explained to him that they left out the queso in my order and then shorted me queso. He told me that was the correct amount and that it was 6 oz. I asked him if he really wanted me to go home and measure it and make him look like a fool. He then said I'll get you more queso. He then came back with a tiny bit more on top. I got home measured it, Little tiny bit more than 4 oz and that's with him adding to my queso. Customer service was ridiculous it was a madhouse in there. customers were getting their food before they were getting their drinks. It was awful. I was in there for 25 minutes. I got home and my food was cold. Do not recommend this location. Do not recommend Buffalo wild wings in general. They always have a bad pissport attitude thinking that they are a sports bar and they can be relaxed on certain things.This place is bogus. So many bad reviews. The owner always replies to fill out a survey. Which does nothing. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I would give it 0 stars but there is no option for that.

Had a craving for some wings , so me and 2 friends stopped by bww. First the hosts points us to an empty empty table , not walk us. We get there then we have to order and pay through an app. Little frustrating but we did it. Server asked us if we need side trays. We said yes, as well as silverware. Appetizer came out before we even received any of that. Chips and queso came out. Im not one to send food back but I sent it back. We also ordered bbq pork tots. They looked good but when I put it on my tray all the pork was pure fat. I didn’t know what it was. We ended up getting the queso back. It was cold. We decided to cut our losses , paid and left . Will not be returning.

My wife and I were sat and order immediately after being sat almost an hour went by after our order was placed and Eve try one who was seated after us had received their full meals and we still hadn’t received ours so we paid for the drinks we had and fries we ordered which came out warm as if they had been sitting out and were not fresh before leaving without even getting our appetizer or main course I am very disappointed with the service and overall experience.

Walked in and the place smelt like feet so I should’ve left immediately. The music was SO loud (I’m under 25 so I wouldn’t complain about this usually but it was extreme) so when the waitress asked me a question I said what twice and then she just stared at me rudely and wouldn’t repeat the question. Like I’m sorry? She had blonde hair didn’t catch her name since everything is online. But horrible experience waste of money.
