Should have read the reviews before going. You have to order and pay on the phone. The process is very confusing. Theres no option for ice water, only bottled water. It’s clearly understaffed as the few servers they have are running around trying to bring food out and clear tables as people leave. Not a pleasant experience.
I'm a fan of B-Dubs but this visit left me wanting a bit more. My favorite item to order is of course wings. The 30 wings we ordered were overcooked. I could certainly see an off wing or 2 but not all of them. On a normal visit I would've asked for a fresh order but the waitress didn't stop back for some time so it was just something to deal with
