“I made a simple order and they couldn't get it right. Large UNSWEET tea, Fish Sandwich with ketchup only and onion rings. Simple, right? Apparently not. I got a SWEET tea, regular fish sandwich with tarter sauce and cheese, it was NASTY, and regular french fries.. people CAN'T READ, or simply don't give a damn about the customers order and management is just as bad. You complain about anything and they get all pissed off at the customer because their employees can't read. I'm never visit this location again. Waste of time and money. Don't bother with this location.“
“There was ONE young man running the whole show, Matthew Jackson. People aren’t always nice when it’s late, they’re hungry, tired and ready to be home and have to wait a little longer than they would like. This young man was everywhere, doing everything and still had a smile on his face! His attitude was very positive considering the stressful situation he was in. It might have taken a second longer to get but the food was still good, still hot and the order wasn’t messed up. I hope his managers realize how great he is and compensate him accordingly!!!“

“The customer service and employees are 100 times better than the Burger King in Oakleaf. They seem to be run out of product less. The cashiers I see in the drive thru are very polite. If they don't have something they do offer a suitable replacement.“

The chef makes a decent and nice sized bacon croissant breakfast sandwich. I really wish for a nicely fluffy and just very lightly buttery croissant with fully cooked and not yet crispy bacon, just cooked and not dry egg, and nice layer of melted cheese covering and just slightly overhanging the sandwich. I really wish for fresh, local, and high quality ingredients.

“I should've learned my lesson by now about visiting this particular location. No matter how many times I go there's always an issue. Whether it's with the service or the food it doesn't matter. There's going to be something wrong. The 2 Whopper Jrs that I got were delicious and great. The Chicken Little was old or at least had been fried in old grease. I took one bite and my stomach started turning. I attempted to call the store because I was in the other side of town but of course no one answered. Oh well, I'll learn one day.“

“Thankful to have a BK nearby especially since its a childhood favorite that always brings back a bit of nostalgia. From the first time visiting this location the staff is always so upbeat so on point in keeping together and just knocking out orders. I've rarely ever waited even during lunch rush.

“Idk if its just the whoke BK brand or what but every bk i go to seems to be no better than mcdonalds as far as food quality goes, and the amount of beef. Could get twice as much meat for less at the grocery store or other chains like checkers and wendys. There is almost always more sauce than actual beef on the burgers. Nice clean redteraunt and experience besides, regards to the workers doing their thing.“
“This was the most positive restaurant I've ever been to. Thru my years I've been to high end restaurants to some of the 'one star' restaurants and the employees at this Burger King were the most polite, and upbeat I have ever seen. They made us feel welcomed and we'll, happy. Everyone that spoke to us were extremely kind and not in a patronizing way. Both my wife and I were very impressed. “I have not eaten Burger King in a long time and today I was in the area at a class and I had one hour to eat lunch and I decided to go to the Burger King as I was driving by it. It was orderly inside - the place was clean and I was treated kindly and respectfully by the Service representative at the counter. I ordered the two whopper juniors because it was cheaper than getting a regular whopper and it was also cheaper than buying one whopper Junior by itself because they had a special - five dollars. I waited about three or four minutes at the most period. I noticed in the back the manager was making sure everything was moving along and all the people that are working back there or wearing gloves and they were really nice. The work atmosphere seems to be very nice at this particular. Burger King. I am happy I stopped in. It is a very nice place to stop for a meal in Springfield on Main Street. When I’m in the neighborhood, I will stop back again.“

“One of the best food best service, quality of food was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. I can honestly not recall the last time that I have enjoyed a meal this much. And my family is here eating with my as well. And a 100% agree. 9pm at 8/21/25 . “I went thru the drive thru so I can’t comment much about appearance but when I got up to the speaker I was lost as I haven’t eaten at a BK in at least a year or more. The cashier was patient with me and got her manager to explain one of the meals for me to better understand. (Duo and trio meals). She was sweet and kind and when I went to pay I asked if I can get crowns for my kids even though I didn’t order a kids meal. She said how many kids and proceeded to give me 3 for my babies. When i received my meal it was hot and the cashier asked if I would please check real quick to make sure everything was in there, which it was! This surprised me a lot considering fast food places are so quick to get you out. Thank you for making me smile BK on Main Street! Keep up the good work!“
“So, I previously made an order using my rewards for a cheeseburger at this location. Unfortunately I was not able to make it to the location to pick it up. I was in the area wanted a bite to eat and contacted Customer Support regarding the issue. I was told someone will get back to me within 48 hours. But I'm welcomed to speak with the manager at the location who may have knowledge of the item not being picked up. I must say the employees in the manager or very welcoming respectful and helpful. They communicated to each other what my issue was and made sure that it was taken care of without hesitation.
