They told me to pull it up and forget about me. 20 minutes later, I walk inside and they say they don't know how to give me a refund but finally give me cash when I use the debit card. I quit going here for a few years and it'll be a few more till I come back. Worst Burger King I've ever been to.

I ordered the BBQ brisket burger but received the onion burger. Which was surprisingly delicious. But I still want the Brisket Burger. They had this Frozen Strawberry Lemonade advertised but when I tried to order it I could only jus get it as a regular Lemonade not frozen.
Had been overcharged and the order was completely wrong I ordered through their app and door dash delivered it I was charged 32 for a 20 dollar order. When I called the store I was repeatedly hung up on. A so called manager said all he could do was give me a free drink. They haven't heard the last of me. They are crooks stay away from Normandy location

Who ever was working today deserves a raise. The people in front of me were being difficult but the cashier was still friendly and helpful. When I got my food it looked just the Whopper in the commercials......first time that has ever happened! Some one deserves a raise just for that alone.

Slow service. Found German roach in my food bag. No hair nets in food area & cooks have VERY long hair. Drive thru worker helping with food prep very long hair no net. No heat lamp on fries & were room temperature.
