Bad service, they didn't give me the fries and wow there was no onion, the meat was almost burnt and toasted around it, I don't know if it's the night shift but I don't think I'll go again

Always out of stock of basic stuff. No zesty sauce. No coke. Got Dr. Pepper and it tasted like water. Asked for ranch dressing for onion rings and got none. Took nearly 20 minutes to help 2 people in front of me. I had to remind them to give me my card back before I drove away. Only the drive through is open due to construction but the place should just be leveled.

This has got to be one of the worst Burger King in Jacksonville. They have so many people working, but there is very very very slow. They don’t even know how to acknowledge guest when they come in.

Bad experience I ordered the number one with no ketchup fries with no salt when I got home my fries was cold drowned in salt as if they pulled extra when I ask for none the burger was cold I can't understand how you treat people the way that you do I'm new to the area that was my bad experience for Burger King

ALSO, A WORKER WATCHING MOBILE WHILE IT WAS BUSY IN THE STORE, AND A WORKER SCRATCHING HEAD BEFORE PICKING UP BAGS TO GIVE TO CUSTOMER. PRAYERS BEFORE EATING & CHECK FOR HAIR ? ?

This place couldn't get an order right to save the world. Came in and had several items left off order. Sometimes it's too much to hope and believe there will be a competent crew waiting on the other side of the drive-thru window.
