I pretty much go here everyday. The workers are so kind, friendly, sweet, and fast. One of them was even kind enough to pay for my drink the day that my Dad passed away (If you happen to see this, thank you again x100). If that doesn't show how much they care about their customers then I don't know what does. I 100% recommend them.
Usually have a good experience. Today was just a strange one. I give the girl my order. She takes my money. Doesn’t offer to give me my change back or ask if I would like to leave it as a tip. Hands me my order and says have a great day. I asked for my change she says oh it right here with a little attitude.
This is definitely the best coffee in Jacksonville. The baristas have the best customer service I’ve encountered even when the line is wrapped around the building and into the next zip code. I refuse to go anywhere else.
