I stopped in for a quick bagel this morning and witnessed all the staff going above and beyond for each customer, using names, thinking ahead and discussing amongst each other how to care for their customers. For a chain place it has all the feel of your hometown shop. I'd be a regular if I lived closer just to be a part of what felt like a community.“

“Good place with a nice outdoor space that has a lot of potential. The only thing I don’t understand is why there isn’t any music outside. The space feels awkwardly quiet, and adding some background music would create a much better atmosphere and make the outdoor area far more enjoyable.“

“The food is amazing, and is the go-to place for breakfast/lunch on campus at UNF. The food isn’t all that expensive, which works well with the student meal plans. The lines can be a bit long, but if you go in the afternoon, it isn’t too bad. Kate is an awesome manager.“

“I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“
