I don’t write reviews that’s how disappointed I am in my local Burger King. I assumed with a newly remodeled store service would be better. I was completely wrong and won’t be spending money there any further. Who ever owns the Burger King on Blanding your newly remodeled store will soon fade from la k of customers due to extremely poor customer service and wait times! ✌🏾

Stopped by earlier as It was en route to the emergency room because my son was hungry. Not only was the wait 35 minutes but they even took 2 cars orders that came after me! All this literally just for a kids meal….1 item…nothing else. Take caution! They have tried to give my son medium fries in his happy meal to compensate for wait time but when I’m driving to a literal emergency with horrendous service as that…definitely needs to be looked into!

So, love a good whopper, didn't get it here. Came in drive thru waited lil over 10 minutes. Ordered medium whopper combo NO cheese and 4ct mozzarella sticks. What I got was whopper WITH cheese (nasty) soft lettuce icky soft tomato, whole thing was bad tasting-gave to the dog. Onion rings mixed with fries (?) those were great and chicken fries-absolutely awful 😞, yep -dog are too, NO mozzarella sticks. Highly disappointed, be a while B4 I'll even THINK about Burger King, let alone even going to one, also NO receipt. For a meal costing a lil over $15 it was soo bad!!

Okay the young lady behind the register was very nice and tried to be accommodating. She had no one to help her with drive thru and main restraunt right before dinner rush. She isn't a manager but did the job of one. When they ran out of food items she tried to steer you to something they did have. The cooks need to be cross trained to handle other areas in these situations.
The mobile app allowed me to order food they didn't have. With electronic tracking on orders it should be able to stop orders for things they don't have on hand. I still ended up paying more than I should have for my orders since there was no comparable differences price wise to swap out.
Most importantly the regional manager needs to get the store management under control and trained or replace them.

Kudos to the young lady trying to manage the mess her management team left her in.

Omg!!!! They have the best drive thru lady!!! I was just there Wednesday the 30th in the pm after 5 maybe!!! The lady in the drive thru is one of the best at customer service!!!! She really should give classes on the subject!!! I hope they are paying her what she is worth, and if they aren't they need to give her a raise!!! I'll be back soon!! I hope she is working when I come in!! Wish I got her name!!! But excellent service!! Thanks so much!!!

Horrible experience. I’m the only customer at the drive through and the food still takes forever. Why have so many employees when non of them can complete an order?

3 years ago - Absolutely the slowest BK I have ever been to. Whoever owns this franchise should be utterly ashamed..

Now - Seems like this location has really turned things around. Staff is now fast and friendly. And the food is much better.

I stopped at this Burger King to grab a quick bite before starting my day. This was before 7:00 o'clock in the morning. Im Always extra nice to people Because you never know what people are going through. but the lady at that window was just plain rude. I asked her for some extra salt and ketchup and you would have thought that I shot her best friend right in her face. It's too early in the morning to be this angry. Why are you mad? I said thank you and she didn't say you're welcome or have a nice day. she just lo0ked like, ok drive off. Lol A simple smile and kindness costs nothing.
