This is one of the first times ive left a review and this place is so bad. I just have too in hopes someone in management cares enough to change something. I ordered doordash and the driver that got there when nobody else was there was ignored and when asked if they could pick up the order the employees looked up from their phones and said they can just leave. I myself have been up here multiple times and just heard nothing but attitude and annoyance like i am a problem for being there. At night they say its cash only sometimes, ive heard them say they are out of meat as well. It seems like a way to just get people to leave so they dont have to do their jobs. Everytime its just the employees on their phones and talking and laughing with eachother. Its insain.

Okay I go into Burger King to get the sponge bob meal. First day we go in, they don’t have the pineapple drink ( they were ) and no more of the strawberry pie( they were all out). New year comes around and around the 3rd we go back and ask for the same meal. And what do you know they still out of the same stuff. Funny part ready to complete the order minus not even having the entire meal plan. What’s the point of buying the sponge bob meal if you don’t have everything that goes with the meal. Simply you don’t have the meal but advertising for it 🤦♀️. It was for my son he wanted the meal that’s all, so I can’t go back there now more.
Poor service. Many people standing around waiting for service and food. Very little staff and management sucks!!!!!

I had the most unpleasant fast food experience of my life tonight. We arrived at Burger King at 6:05 pm. We waited a few minutes for the car ahead of us to finish ordering and then we proceeded to the speaker to place our order. We were initially greeted and told they would return. That ordeal took about 8 minutes.
Upon ordering I asked for a kids 4 piece meal with apple sauce , I was informed they don’t have apple sauce. I agreed to take the side order of fries. I complete my order and proceed to window to pay. Time stamp now 6:22 pm.
At 6:35pm I am still in the line awaiting food. I beep my horn to get the attention of someone inside. Absolute crickets; I am typically a very patient person but after 30 mins with no food or drink I wanted a refund. At 6:38 pm someone came to the window requested a refund and she told me sure thing. After another minute or so the assistant manager Tangela came to the window and told me I could not get a refund.
I was absolutely perplexed as to why I couldn’t get a refund after 35 mins of waiting. Her response as an assistant manager was she was not trained on how to give refunds. Also my food was bagged and I spent the 25 mins from 6:22 - 6:45pm awaiting fresh fries.
I have never in my life dealt with FAST food being the most painstakingly slowest process I’ve ever seen. When I pulled up there was only one car ahead of me no one waiting excessively, inside the store was also pretty bare. I have no idea who this owner is but they may want to either hire some help to ease the burden or close because business is not looking up for this location. I won’t be back.

Food super cold and burnt.
Like they gave me food that has been sitting outside for 2 hours.

The wait time at this Burger King is ridiculous. You’re literally waiting 30 minutes. No one apologize for your weight. You do mobile orders thinking it’s gonna be faster, but that’s definitely not the case. They gotta do better even the new management a new owner something got a change or shut the thing down altogether.

This location is truly horrible!🤬The employees are constantly ignoring customers at night time even when the restaurant is no where near closing time!‼️ They will not respond to the speaker and they will ignore us at the window as well! 🤬🤬 I see the employees standing around and they won't acknowledge me!😡They often give me bad food and they are hesitant to fix it! 🤬Sometimes, the employees won't even let me come to the window for my order! 🤬They make me park my car at the side/ back door in order to not ruin their drive thru time! 😡This burger King is a mess!💯💯

I have no words. Truly awful. Ended up not even ordering. Immediately combative in the drive thru. That would explain why this location is barren of vehicles during peak lunch time.
Drive Thru: “What do you want” *as if I’m interrupting an important conversation*
“Large #1 with a Coke Zero, please.”
Drive Thru: “Just wait a second…”
No one came back on the radio. Just heard laughing through the intercom. Left after 5 min. Immediately came here to check the reviews….now it makes sense. Good grief.
Whoever manages this… I’m praying for you.

I’ve given this Burger King in Oakleaf more chances than it deserves, and somehow it manages to get worse every single time. This is, without exaggeration, the most consistently poorly run business I’ve encountered. Not once. Not occasionally. Every visit. Every level. Every time.
Orders are routinely wrong, painfully slow, or clearly thrown together with zero care. Basic fast-food standards—accuracy, speed, and minimal courtesy—are treated like optional extras instead of the bare minimum. Watching the operation unfold feels less like a restaurant and more like a live demonstration of how not to run a business.
What makes it especially frustrating is that this is not complex work. This is fast food. The systems, menus, and processes are already designed to be simple. When a place performs this badly despite that, it’s honestly embarrassing. One should be ashamed to be this ineffective at a job that already requires very little skill, training, or decision-making.
Leadership is either nonexistent or completely indifferent, because there’s no other explanation for this level of ongoing dysfunction. At this point, it’s not a bad day or an off shift—it’s the culture.
If you value your time, your money, or basic competence, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location has earned its reputation through repeated failure, and until something drastically changes, it deserves every bit of criticism it gets.

This burger king is the worst one ever. The service here is horrible. How is this fast food when you have to sit in a drive-thru for 15 20min for them to not tell you what window to pay at or how much you have to pay will not come here again.

Terrible service. The drive-thru always takes way too long, and the customer service is very poor. This isn’t a one-time issue — I come to this Burger King almost every two days, and it has always been like this. They also make you park on the side while waiting for your order, which honestly feels like a way to keep the drive-thru cameras from showing how long customers are actually waiting. Nothing ever changes, and the service never improves. They seriously need new management, because the current one is clearly not working.

I always forget not to place a mobile order at this location. Yeah here I am on my lunch break 20 minutes in the drive-through line. I see that this is a common complaint. That’s been going on for months here. Management continues to reply, saying they’re addressing it, but they’re not nothing changing. It’s getting worse. Fast food employees are killing the fast food industry and I can’t wait.
