The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the ONLY girl working. Had online order, the girl running the drive thru did everything. Waiting at the window, dude standing there eating French fries, then grabs a spoon to eat something else. Drove off after getting food, all other employees (guys) hanging out in the lobby around some girl. Hope the manager or whoever is HR sees this. Need to do some evaluation on the lazy employees. Need to check your camera in the drive thru, the girl is busting her butt to do everyone else’s job 8:30pm 12/12/2024

Pulled in lady said cash only. Went to the ATM and came back. When I said I had cash they changed their tune. Exact change only I call bs. No lines no wait. Still had me hold for 2 minutes. Check on your staff something ain't right.

Whopper was cold, fries were like cardboard, the guy (?I think it was a guy….he had fake eyelashes on), and moved like molasses…..mumbled a bit and I had to request a drink. Weird. It was 1pm and I was the only person there. I told them to keep it all. Told them they had a bad attitude and I would never come again. Burger King has let me down three times this year. They are dead to me. Never again.

This is so heartbreaking because the service has dramatically declined, it’s the service, the food and the consistency, I would love to hear from the owners
10/30/24 around 9:55 p.m. - The service was amazing! I couldn’t hear the woman in the speaker, so she asked me to move forward. She took my order at the window and was very patient with me the entire time! They made my food correctly when I’m honestly very complicated! They also gave me extra of both my sauces I asked for! There was also young man too who was also very kind! My food was also very good- bussin. Thank y’all for the positive interaction! I was starving!
