We got a gift card at a work party for Burger king so figured why not. The food was what you expect at a fast food joint, but Ebony was so awesome to order from. It hasn't been the best day, but both me and my wife had to pause and comment on how pleasant she was. Thank you Ebony you made our night better by being kind. That's rare these days.

Skip on this burger king the entire order was wrong. Food taste nasty as well. The girl in the front seemed to be nice but got the entire order wrong asked for sauce and they said they put it in the bag nope nothing in the bag. Was charged for a medium soda and medium meal to get a small and I order the bacon melt to get the one full of onions. What a waste of money.

So we do not do fast food super often but we decided to stop by here on our busy day. Haven't been to this location in quite some time. We told them there was an onion allergy and they even let us know they changed their gloves! Food was hot and fresh and the people were very nice at both windows! We were actually impressed for a fast food place so, great job!

This is one of the few reliable BK locations in this part of Jax, and they always deliver with quality and speed for lunch or dinner! Their breakfast is amazing too-I love the egg-normous burrito and it’s usually more than enough food to fill up on.
