Horrible experience with carry out! I have enjoyed this restaurant many times in person over the years and never had issues. Decided tonight to do take out instead of dining in. My husband went in and was told our order wasn't ready, even though there was one bag sitting on the shelf when he arrived. He waited 10 minutes, no one else walked in for a mobile order, then went back up and asked how much longer. They told him another 5-10 minutes. He asked them to check the name on the bag behind the counter and it was ours. When he got it back home we unpacked our bag to find the queso had been put in sideways with the lid was not on. The queso had drenched out entire order that was cold. Will NEVER do take out again. Will be a long time before I feel like coming back in the restaurant either.

Brittany was my server, she was polite but not very attentive to me. Her service was adequate but less than remarkable. The food was decent but by no means authentic by my standards. There was a noticeable absence of spice and flavor yet the food was palatable. What really makes this place shine is the atmosphere and location. I would go here again and especially with friends. It had a really good vibe and the crowd was classy and diverse. This would be a good place for family, friends or a cocktail.
