They have mangers/supervisors stealing money and blaming it on others!! This needs to be investigated. Cameras need to be rewatched

My husband and I decided to eat in after a doctors appointment. The restaurant was filthy! Dead bugs in the windows booths with crumbs and spilled sticky drinks. The bathroom had feces on floor and smelled like old urine. The worst part was it was only 1140 and they had not been open long . Very dissapointing not to mention our food was brought out on a lopsided tray . The garbage can had no covering in lobby.

How come the ad shows shredded lettuce on these Lobster rolls but this is the 2nd time in the last week and I didn’t get lettuce either time??? If you don’t have lettuce you should say that and not assume the customer wants it anyways, without.

This place is horrible they're in a come through drive-thru does not work. Every time you go there they never have chicken the staff is always talking more than reading the customers this is an ongoing thing

I just went through your drive-thru 6550 Normandy Blvd Jacksonville, FLorida. My order was incomplete the food that I ordered was nasty. The cracklings I asked for were only crumbs and burnt. The fish was overcooked as well. After calling 5 times I finally got someone to answer. When I explained the situation to her she was rude and inconsiderate, without any concern in trying to rectify my issues other than to say if I came back there 25 minutes away from me she'd give me the 5 pieces of shrimp they omitted.

Came in last week and ordered a shrimp and fish dinner and as soon as I paid her she brought out the food I knew it was not going to be good the shrimp and fries tasted old hard and been sitting out for a while the fish was ok it could of been better because they was not busy and could of cooked fresh food
