We take six fresh-baked pita wedges, top each with a thin slice of tomato, a slice of fresh mozzarella, and a crispy slice of fried chicken breast tossed in the hot-wing sauce. Warm it all up in the oven, then hit it with fresh basil, sliced jalapeno (on the side so you can adjust your own heat), Asiago cheese and a light drizzle of ranch dressing.

Uncle Alfredo's Alfredo
Affectionately known as big uncle al. He worked in a bank, like an accountant or something, wore a bow tie. His recipe: start with real butter, minced garlic, 40% heavy cream (the good stuff) and seasoning's white pepper, finished with pecorino cheese. When it is perfectly fused we add the farfalle (bow-tie pasta) as a remembrance of big uncle al. he's not dead. Livin' on an island got fired after the bank got robbed.

Bottom layer sauce, next eggplant, the provolone, start over, then mozzarella, repeat till it's stacked, oh ya, more mozzarella on the roof.

Richard has helped us multiple times and is always so accommodating to the allergies in our family. Carmine’s has excellent spaghetti and pizza. I’m sure the rest is great as well but I keep going back for the same thing.

Atmosphere was great. Service was excellent. Food variety 😋 was excellent as well. Taste was amazing 👏
Parking at sometimes could be an issue. But if you had to come back, you would not regret returning.

Local to Jacksonville but never been here before. Definitely did not disappoint! Sunshine was wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of. She was super friendly and explained the whole menu to us so we knew what to look at and offered fantastic suggestions too!
The food was incredible and very filling. We got the Chicago style pizza - home on the range, and it was delicious! My oldest got the “whatever” panini and LOVED it, the youngest loved that they cut...
