Uncle Alfredo's Alfredo
Affectionately known as big uncle al. He worked in a bank, like an accountant or something, wore a bow tie. His recipe: start with real butter, minced garlic, 40% heavy cream (the good stuff) and seasoning's white pepper, finished with pecorino cheese. When it is perfectly fused we add the farfalle (bow-tie pasta) as a remembrance of big uncle al. he's not dead. Livin' on an island got fired after the bank got robbed.

We always appreciate the tanginess Of the sauce and the perfect chewy crust. Definitely go for one of the large salads and if you haven’t tried the wings, they are killer and as big as advertised. Richard is often our server and he is on top of it. Never a bad experience at Carmines!

Small place but amazing food! Been a few time and the meatball salad is one of my favorites. We love this place so much when I travel I freeze and take home the lasagna. Its small inside but they do an amazing job. Please don't change.

Best Chicago pizza I have had in ages! Was too full for dessert but it looked incredible too. The vibe inside was very unique and fun. Our server Richard was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
